Bent Tree Golf Club

Showed up for a 8am tee time and no one was there for us to check in and tee off. Ended up leaving. Called them back at 8:30 said he didn't think anyone would show up and that he is doing us a favor by not letting us play. Well when I drive a half hour from west Omaha at 7am and have a scheduled tee time obviously that means we were going to play. Guy that I talked to said he wouldn't charge us since we booked online. If anything we should get a round out of that. I don't know who management is there but that is not acceptable. That would have been my first time playing there now I don't think I will ever go back unless they right this wrong.

Course has really matured over the years. The greens are in fantastic shape!!!! They are being rolled as I type. The views are spectacular! Tough layout...but tee boxes available for different skill levels. Bunkers are a little rough & could use some refresher of sand. Pretty reasonable rates when compared to similar courses in Omaha.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!! I wouldn't play at this course for free. Poor service. We had an early tee time last week and no employees showed up. I called them later and they asked for a second chance. We gave them another chance with another early tee time today. Again, nobody shows up! I have tried playing this place twice, but will never try again. There are way too many good courses in the area to waste my time with this place. I see that others have had the same problem with this place, so I would avoid it like the plague. Obviously the staff and management needs to learn how to run a business.

I've played Bent Tree 3 or 4 times over the last couple of years. There isn't really another course quite like it in the area. Very challenging...at least for my game. The course has always been in great shape. With the variety of teeing areas you can make it as difficult as you like. And...the senior rates during the week (M-F...yes, Friday included) are ridiculous. $30?!? for 18 with a cart? Sign me up for that anytime.

In a golf tourney and have seen the beer cart one time in 5 hours. Called the pro shop and they said it was out earlier but now it's inside. What? 150 golfers on the course. Ridiculous. Course is in terrible shape also.

Had a great time. People here were amazing. The course was beautiful. We can't wait to comeback.

This is quite possibly the worst golf course in the Council Bluffs area! Over priced for the lack/disinterest of service and terrible conditions of the course. Golf etiquette is lacking by some patrons also, no one repairs divot marks plus sixsomes do not allow faster groups to play through, even after two calls to the clubhouse no Marshall was sent to fix the situation. Shoreline or Dodge Riverside are much better courses and values for the money!
