Thank You, Zach for the prompt, courteous, professional and excellent service! I was driving into Bellevue last Sunday night at 9:40 pm in a rental car from Fort Worth. My tire went flat on 75 North of Nebraska City. AAA dispatched Zach with Benefiel. I have never had a rental go flat on a dark highway late at night. Zach called me immediately after being dispatched and gave me precise times he would be there. The rental needed a special lug wrench which they didn't have with the tire and sent us to Eppley Airfield. The agent at Budget was horrible and took an hour to get me a replacement car. Zach stayed with me until I was safely on my way and then transported the car with the flat to a different lot for repair. It was almost 1 am when he left and I got my new car. Zach loves his work and it's such a pleasure to deal with a gentlemen, a professional and a family business who values each and every customer! Thank you for keeping me safe and making me feel comfortable with the whole situation. It couldn't have gone any better!

They are not good very good at surprising prices, they changed $50 to dispose a tire and 300 for a 1 hour tire change. Don't use them

I worked with Kent and Emily at Benefiel to solve an overweight load situation where the truck and trailer were locked down at the I-29 Fremont Iowa DOT scale. Kent offered a prompt and inexpensive solution to handle the excess freight and allow the driver to get back on the road. The communication was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. These people are so rude. I was struck on an interstate in a snow storm on Interstate 29 South 8th Mile Mark. Called this company didn't show up for 24 hours and finally said look for another tow company. They said they will call me but didn't when the called then few times they told me to look for another towing company in this inclement weather conditions.
