Bellevue Vision Clinic

Dr Kerri Dietz Pillen and her staff's care, competence, and knowledge are the reasons I have been a patient/client for over 25 years. I have to change my vision health insurance and just called made sure that I can not only keep my relationship with Bellevue Vision Clinic, but that it's a good company that works well with the clinic.

Vision Clinic? Ha that's funny. Will never return again. They are unorganized, old equipment and very time consuming. The appointments was at 1040 and Was not seen until 1110 and fumbled around old equipment as if they didn't know what they were doing. Now I'm sitting at the waiting room and it is already 1215. I have never been to an optometrist that took over hour and a half for routine eye exam. When I questioned the lengthiness of the exam they woman in the reception told me that it is Saturday and that all optometrists take this long as if she knew all optometrists schedules in town. Like I said before we will not be returning. I recommend if you want to be seen by optometrist who either over books and or use old equipment come here other wise go else where. We got here at 1035 and we are still here @ 1226. So the receptionist realized that I was doing an entry in the yelp and kicked me out of the office

Dr Pillen is the very best. She saved my eyesight a few years ago by referring me to Dr. Priluck, a retina surgeon. I've been a patient of hers and her fathers since 1971.

Dr Pillen and her staff are people friendly and dedicated to giving you the best service possible to keep your eyes in good health.

After reading the two reviews prior I think this is a very small business type of feel. There is only one ophthalmologist which is why at time they are slow. They have struggled with short staffing on Saturdays which is why they're a bit slower then, but I will say you won't get this kind of care anywhere else. I have been coming here since I was little and the staff has seen me grow up. I walk in and they know who I am - even though I only come in once a year. They know my family and ask about my parents and they all really care so much. Yes this isn't your typical doctors office, and yes it's a bit packed with stuff in there, but the service you get is unmatched. I would recommend this to anyone who wants more of a caring small business vibe, otherwise go to the general clean offices that get you in and out in under 15 minutes. You're just a number there but here you are a client with a story that they want to learn about.

They may not be the fastest but they have great customer service and the Dr is very thorough. I wish more offices care like they
