I called to see if I could get my Kirby in to be cleaned. Spoke to Russ and what a great guy. I needed a new brush, he had them in stock. And His prices are amazing, especially since I paid triple the price back in CA for the same thing. Not only that but he gives a discount if you pay cash!! He told me to come in that morning, it was cleaned and ready to be picked up in two hours. My vacuum works so much better now that he pulled out an earring and bobbie pins. I will take my Kirby to Russ from now on.

I really like the owner he has always been so helpful when I drop the company vacumes off. He comes out to get them from the car also. He will not take your money if it's not broke. I would suggest this business to anyone. He has always waited for me to drop them off even after he closes.

I dropped a vacuum off to take care of a carpet height adjustment situation and said I don't want to put too much money into a $50 vacuum and when I picked it up he put $50 in filter parts in it above and beyond what the height adjustment should've cost and I wasn't happy. I asked him to call me with an estimate and he said don't worry It will be not that much. Beware!

I walked into this place one day looking for vacuum cleaner bags on a whim and ended up getting a new vacuum instead! The owner is super nice and helpful! He definitely knows a lot about vacuums and if something would ever to happen to my vacuum, I would buy another from him.

I have NEVER written a review before for YELP, but as a working self-proclaimed old school mom, I value good businesses who are honest and reliable. Bellevue Vacuum prompted me to write my first review. After taking my Dyson to some place off 120th and another of 108th and not knowing what was completed and how much it should cost, I was dreading having to get it services again because of a noise and a routine cleaning. Bellevue vacuum not only cleaned it for 1/2 the price of their competition, they fixed the internal problem in a day! Just to clean it at the competitors was going to take at least 3 days! Bellevue Vacuum is worth the drive if you're in Omaha. Thanks for the honest, reliable service!!

I have bought 6 vacuums from him, my first set a sanitaire upright and a canister, wow do they work awesome, I loved them so much that after 10 years when my first set was done I bought one set for upstairs and one for downstairs, Russ knows his vacuums and if you have any problems just go to him and he'll help you out....great guy and great vacuums and he does awesome sewing machine repair helped us out several times on our sewing machine

Bought my first upright vacuum from "Russ" today and I couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge (science) relative to all of the options that are out there. I've been "buying wrong" and believing all of the hype for years. There was no pressure but it took a few minutes to learn what I needed to learn...Absolutely well worth the time. I also feel like I got an incredible value. I bought a Sanitaire and could't be more happy with it.

Got home from vacuum repair and noticed screws were missing that hold the vacuum together. Had to drive all the way back down to the shop and have the missing screws installed (screws were on the workbench). All screws were in place when I took it in. I will NOT patronize this establishment in the future. The repair cost me $30.00 for sub-standard work and I should have received a discount on the repair to make up for all the HASSLE. :-(
