I have a new auto mechanic shop now! The heat went out in my 2011 Ford F-150. My usual mechanic and all Ford service departments were booked till February, so I asked around work and Bellevue Tire and Auto was highly recommended by multiple colleagues. I called and spoke to Dave. They had a full docket but he told me to come by the next morning and they'd work me in. After I dropped the truck off, they called me within a couple of hours to let me know what was wrong and authorize the repair. They used original Ford parts and were far less expensive than the dealership! I have heat again! The team was very friendly and professional. For the service, the price, and the flexibility, these guys will be my first call for service from now on. Well done, Bellevue Tire and Auto!

OMG, my late Husband told me this is the best place ever, and did he have a lot of pickups. I have been without him for almost 2 years, a lot of people from Bellevue probably knew him, he was an Orthodontist in Bellevue for at least 40 plus years. I had a fabulous experience today, my car indicated low tire pressure. I had a few people look at it, the response, was it's ok, after they kicked it. I called BELLEVUE and Tire Auto Service, they fixed it immediately, and told me it had 21, on the pressure scale, and should be 36, that it was dangerous, especially on the interstate. They spent 45 minutes, fixing it, had a nail, not surprised as doing construction work. I am never going back to the Dealer, or a Jiffy Lube for any issues. Thank-you to Mr. Larry Chandler, the owner, I think, Mike and Ryan. I tried to leave a tip, but would not accept it, I will exclusively, be a customer, for all maintenance on my vehicle. Brought a wheel and tire in to get repaired and they unfortunately didn't have a replacement tire.. but they helped us find a shop that did have the tire and also informed us on damage to the wheel itself and how to repair it. Didn't charge us a dime and were nice the whole time.

I wish I would have never went there! I told them what another shop said it needed and they said they would have to check it out themselves but couldn't do it that day. I made an appointment for the next Friday. They inspected my car after having it for the morning then told me I didn't need all the work just rotors and brakes and back struts assembly, an alignment and tires rotated but told me they couldn't work on it for two weeks. I waited 2 weeks they had my car for the whole day. when I picked it up they said they only did struts, brakes and rotors. I asked about oil, alignment and tires rotated he said I would have to come back for that I asked how much he gave me a range. I made an appointment this Friday dropped it off as they opened. They had it all morning but only changed the oil. I called to check on my car. I was told I had a broken control arm it would be another$ 550. NO ONE noticed it during the inspection of my car or when you fixed my struts and brakes? I also learned they should have done the alignment when they did the struts. He was working that day but didn't know why it didn't get done. They said we can order the part schedule me back. If you can't get things right the 1st 2 times why would I ever trust you again! My car drives worse now than when I originally brought it in!

We were in a bind with a rental car, and knowing we were in a hurry to get back on the road, they immediately served us, took a look at our problem tire, and went above and beyond in their assessment and diagnostics. Knowing we were pretty nervous about taking a faulty tire on a cross-country road trip, they gave their honest opinion without making us feel like we were trapped into buying a huge replacement package from them.
