We have been taking our pup Daisy To BPA for nearly 5 years. She is a big baby who has some high maintenance tendencies with eating and the size of dogs she feels comfortable around.On day 1 prior to even allowing her to stay, they performed an assessment to determine if she was a good fit for their facilities and I think this process is paramount to their successes; if an animal doesnt feel comfortable and vice versa it wont be a good match. She was shy so they eased her into the playpen with the others and I feel she was treated as a personality rather than a paycheck. She even has issues eating regularly on long overnight boarding sessions and the staff suggested some things I could do to help encourage her to eat in my absence as well they they would sit with her as well to encourage eating if necessary. All of which is far above and beyond and I am so please to have them for a second home to our fur baby.Also they always send her home from boarding with a bath, which is a huge a relief after a long work trip to have one less thing to worry about. BPA staff are amazing, and have allowed me to change plans and pick up times more often than I care to admit and are always respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Albeit it is more pricey than I like to spend, between the service received, fact that she gets to play with other dogs and isnt stuck in a kennel, gets bathed, and they have a military discount; we wouldnt taked her anywhere else.

We love our groomer Abby. Let me back up. We moved here June of last year and started looking for a groomer a couple months later. We had the hardest time, people wouldn't take Koda because of his breed or only took little dogs and we're booked out for months. I spoke to my coworker and she mentioned Bellevue pet adventures. I called and got them in within a couple of weeks. Abby does an amazing job with our fur babies and would even work with Koda when he had leg problems. She would groom him while he was laying down the entire time.We have taken them to daycare, and they now look forward to going all the time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I'm very upset with this company I don't want to leave any stars, I have brought my dog here for a few grooming the last 2 have not good, 2nd to last visit I wanted a teddy bear cut, she looked cute but her undercoat wasn't combed very well she had alot of nots, yesterday I took her there explained about the knots and I wanted her in a teddy bear cut, they had her for 6 hrs, and she was shaved she looks terrible she was luck she was not cut. then they tired charging me 70. for a terrible cut which wasn't what I wanted, ill need to find somewhere else to take her

I dropped my dog off for grooming and went about my business. I received VM that Duke needed kennel cough vaccine with an apology that they didn't tell me earlier. No problem I said, drove the 30 min back to pick dog up and reschedule after I got his vaccine. (I was under the assumption that only kenneled dogs needed it but it was not an issue - I said I would get it). Then a different woman, Christina, told me I needed to pay her $16.50 for a late/missed appointment charge. What? I didn't miss an appointment. They cancelled the appointment and I returned to get my dog. Christina didn't care -- "it's policy!" she kept repeating. After she said they don't waive the fee even in cases where it was THEM that neglected to tell me he needed that vaccine when I called for appt and again when I dropped dog off. She said it was my fault -- I should have noticed the signs on the wall! I cannot believe a business owner would adhere to such poor customer service. I know Christina isn't the owner so perhaps the owner would not have insisted I pay this fee. I finally realized I didn't want to leave my dog in this woman's hands and left. For good.

Our sweet little girl always comes back looking so good. I've never been to a groomer that keeps records of past cuts so that the groomer can remember what we do and don't like. Here they do that so Arlee never comes back with a funky haircut. Very friendly and nice people. The price is somewhat on the higher side (I paid $70+ for a groom for one dog and just a bath and nail clip for our another puppy) but I really can't complain too much because the quality is always good. They also sell the neatest candles that help eliminate pet odor. I've bought two and love them! They also sell products for your pets (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) and have a boarding area for your pets.

I use to love this place but since new owners took over it has gone downhill. I took my dog to be groomed and no one called to let me know she was done. I tried calling to check and n. one answ. Finally went and the phone was ringing and the employees just stood there chatting. I had to go back and find my dog because they didn't know which one was her! I won't be going back.
