Bella Terre Reception Hall & Vineyard

I just got married at Bella Terre in May and it was the most wonderful experience! Kelli and Katie were very buttoned up and on top of their game. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as we imagined. The bartender Kyle was also wonderful! I highly recommend this beautiful venue for any event or wedding - it's amazing!

I was a guest at a wedding here and really like the ambiance and vibe of this place. My wife and I actually toured years ago for our own wedding. We didn't go with it as it was bigger than we needed. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both fantastic. Very beautiful. It really feels like a little piece of Italy right in Iowa. I hope you get a chance to check it out. I apologize I didn't get any photos to share.

We chose this venue over others because of the exceptionally experienced event manager and her personal networks. We were terribly disappointed when we were notified that the owners dismissed our Event Manager, an LGBT+ community advocate, who had years of experience, and was the compelling reason we chose the venue. In our our case, this venue is unable to deliver the experience that our well seasoned and connected event manager represented. The venue is very pricey. The owners were not transparent. They failed to notify us responsibly about the staff change and the cause and timing for the dismissal. Had they done so when they knew well in advance of the 90 day cancellation deadline, we would have only been liable for our $$$$ deposit. We do not have confidence in the current owners or staff. We are now having to scramble to find a new venue and will be liable for a 50% cancellation fee.

Your staff is so professional, welcoming, and made our evening absolutely delightful! We have heard so many positive comments about the beauty of Bella Terre and how smoothly the entire evening was.
