Beem Light Sauna - Omaha Loveland Centre

I tried a red light therapy here, and it was so relaxing. The sessions are only 15 minutes, but it really is quite comfortable. If you indulged in tanning beds like me back in the day, I do miss the little nap you'd get when you'd tan. This is even better because 1. its only 15 minutes 2. and it 100x better for you than tanning! Talk about reversal effects. The staff is 10/10 so friendly, and comes with a custom card. I have liked the sauna spa, but love that they offer additional services like the red light therapy.

Been light sauna is amazing! It's so peaceful, calm, smells amazing, and all of the staff here is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get my first visit here free to try it out. I left feeling beyond words can explain. I felt energized, at peace, refreshed like I had the best nights sleep of my life which I also had after attending the session. You will absolutely love it here if you are considering. Definitely just do it you will feel great. What an amazing experience with incredibly kind and knowledgeable people that work here.

Beem Light Sauna leaves me feeling so refreshed and energized! Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate you. I called a hour before my appointment and was able to get in earlier which was amazing! I love listening to some of my favorite music while I lay in the sauna and have the different light colors. I get a wonderful sweat on and can relax. My body feels great afterwards and I truly feel like I have more energy. They provide towels in the sauna as well as a nice cold wet minty towel for after I come out of the sauna with my face looking like a tomato. I really enjoy coming here and find myself coming as a treat after exams in my grad program or other stressful events happen. I truly believe this is one of my favorite forms of self care. I'm so glad I have been able to come here and can't wait until the next time! ‍‼
