Beauty First Nebraska - Eagle Run

My stylist, Lisa, blamed the terrible highlight on "store policy" and refused to fix it, unless I paid another $185.00. I asked to go "really blond" my exact words were "not Pamela Andersen Blond, but really blond with some depth". My hair is medium blond and that's what it stayed. No one in my family or friends could tell anything was done to my color. I thought it looked a little brighter maybe, but definitely not. blond. I called her a few days after being told by people I should, I paid her $185.00! She refused to fix it. I asked her if she could just do a partial highlight and make a blonde or like I asked, and she said not without charging you again. She blamed store policy and said there was nothing she can do.

I typically come here for shampoo, etc and they've always been great. The other day, though, I got to get a facial from their new aesthetician and she was AMAZING! Very reasonably priced and maybe the best half hour or so of my week. She was so friendly and knew what she was doing. I have super sensitive skin so I was worried, but she did a fabulous job and I loved how my skin felt for days after. Please go check her out!!

Employees there in the afternoon were very disrespectful and not helpful. Didnt even acknowledge me and to see if a product was defective they would shake it and make unnecessary comments

I visited for the first time today and was really impressed. I was there to either get Kenra or biolage products, she told me about a sale and helped me pick out the best products for my hair type. I honestly didn't expect such great service and I wish I would have asked for more guidance on other products I'll need soon. I'll be back soon and I'm so appreciative of the exceptional customer service!

I came to the Beauty First salon to have them fix a haircut another salon butchered. Michelle there was fantastic. She understood what I was going thru and tried to fix it as best as possible. While it's not the haircut I initially intended to come home with, Michelle made it better and something I could live with until my hair grows back. I don't know if you will see this Michelle, but Thank you so much for saving me and my hair that day!
