Beauty and The Burger is a virtual kitchen run out of Sullivan's Steakhouse (a super fancy steak locale) but I'm not 100% sure it shows in the quality.I ordered through DoorDash on a day I was particularly hungry, so I got the number one voted burger (Singnature Steakhouse Burger), one of the fancy fries (Three Cheese Fries) and a dessert (New York Cheesecake).The Three Cheese fries were extra delicious with little pieces of crispy Parmesan that almost tasted like prosciutto, and the cheese was super melty and tasty.The Signature Steakhouse Burger, unfortunately had a few issues. The patty-to-bun ratio was totally off, with a huge, thick burger patty and tiny little buns. The buns themselves were super buttery and flavorful, I just wish they were bigger. The burger had way too much bacon on it, also (there was almost a second patty, made out of bacon strips). There also was not enough of the garlic aioli on the burger, and when I took off the lettuce and bacon it took off most of the small amount of aioli there was, too. So I had to add mayo and ketchup myself at home. The New York Cheesecake was a great end to the meal, though, with semi-sweet cheesecake and tangy strawberry topping along with some chopped fresh strawberries. I like when cheesecake isn't saccharinely sweet, so this was perfect.It's just unfortunate that the main part of the meal (the burger) was a bit of a disappointment.The biggest issue (which a lot of delivery places have) is that they don't allow preferences or substitutions. Allowing those options could alleviate a lot of their issues (like the pound of bacon/too little sauce/no lettuce issues).
