I would like to start by saying Lyle Ward was AMAZING! There is a reason why he has been with the Beardmore family for over 50 years. I was looking at buying a new Corvette and Lyle was able to take me through the whole experience from the pre-test drive briefing on the vehicle, test drive, post-test drive debriefing and Q&A, and purchase. He knew the vehicle inside and out - including all of the electronics and OnStar setup. He was able to answer all my questions. Absolutely ZERO pressure! I could feel that he loves his job - he even personally touched up the new vehicle and removed the plates and various window stickers from the old one - his genuine enthusiasm was refreshing. To top things off, Karen Smoot had all the paperwork prepared and made the final purchase a breeze. Special thanks to manager, Tom Howard, for making sure the experience happened. Truly a great experience provided by a team of professionals! I would recommend Beardmore to others.

I made the mistake of purchasing a new vehicle from Beardmore Chevrolet. One of the most basic functions of a dealership is to provide the vehicle Title within the 30 day temporary tag time period. Beardmore was unable to complete that very simple task. As the temp tag expiration approached I sent many, many emails and left multiple voicemails to no avail. In fact, my new vehicle ended up having expired tags for a week due to their incompetence. Beardmore Chevrolet should be aware that it is illegal to operate a vehicle with expired tags. Either they aren't aware of this fact or they just don't care. Their suggestion that I just keep driving the vehicle after the temp tags expired was ridiculous. In fact, the vehicle could have been impounded and the driver cited with a misdemeanor. Not their problem, which I guess explains their lack of concern. I see that Beardmore Chevrolet's stock response to negative Yelp reviews is to ask that they be called. No. I'm through calling them. I attempted that previously and they failed to address the issue. I'm providing this review as a warning to others: if you buy a vehicle from Beardmore Chevrolet then you had better be prepared to park it until they get around to providing the required paperwork. As for me, I won't ever be back. Which I'm sure doesn't bother Beardmore Chevrolet in the least.

Bought my truck here. A 2017 Chevy Silverado LT Z71. We bought it to haul a travel trailer. Tom Cubbage was my sales man. He was and still us helpful. If I have a question, even weeks after the sale, he will still answer my questions. They took my trade , even though at first they offered lower than what we wanted. Worked with us to get the payments we wanted , even though all that changes once you get to the finance room where warranty and other things are tacked on lol. We walked out with higher payments but didn't regret the truck at all.Let me add* higher payments because we ended up buying a brand new truck vs a used like what we originally wanted lol

Just purchased a 2019 Equinox from Beardmore and had a good experience. I worked with Dustin and really liked him. I didn't feel he was the stereotypical car salesman that we all know and loathe. I truly enjoyed working with him. I actually was not going to buy a car from here because they did not negotiate with me very well in the beginning. They let me leave on Tuesday night as they said they couldn't beat the price a competitor had quoted me. Sure enough, Wednesday morning I hear that they can match the price of the competitor! I told them I didn't need them to match it, I needed them to beat it--and they did. Garrett in the Finance department was friendly and helpful. We had to redo all my paperwork about a week later due to my old title not being in my name, but he was very pleasant about helping me and redoing everything. Out of 3 dealerships I looked at, Beardmore initially offered me the lowest value on my trade-in. However, I got them up on this. Just be careful as I was very surprised at their low-ball offer. Overall, basing it on my work with Dustin, I enjoyed the experience and he made it as quick and painless as could be. If you go here, ask for Dustin!

NEVER go to Beardmore Chevrolet. First of all this is my fault for not understanding what I was getting into, they completely under paid me for my trade-in. Now I am 1000 miles, yes 1000 miles past my warranty on a 2017 brand new when purchased and my transmission is going out. I spoke with a manager and ask them since I'm only 1000 miles out of warranty if they would help me cover that. He told me they can't do that. I said if you don't help me you are going to lose a customer and he said "OK "I am freaking livid. Anybody that ever asks me about my experience at Beardmore I will tell them do not go there. I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

Beardmore was exceptional. I went to them after having horrible experiences at H+H, and they were so helpful. They did not rush me into anything, and were overly informative about options and ways to approach buying a car. I would recommend them time and again to everyone I know!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Beardmore. My husband and I have always worked with Todd and his philosophy is to find us a car we like, and then make sure the numbers work for us. We have never been disappointed. We worked with Jared on our financials, and he did not pressure us to purchase the extra coverages. Everyone was easy to work with and accommodating. Would recommend them.

Beardmore Chevrolet refused to replace a nationally recalled Chevy part unless I bought another (completely unrelated) part from them. Took it to another Chevy dealer who did it for free and apologized for Beardmore trying to needlessly upcharge me. All not to mention they were not even ready for business at the time they scheduled my multiple appointments. Also, they set up multiple appointments because the first time I came to my appointment they "Didn't even have the part ordered yet." Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. Does not comply with national recalls. This was my experience.

On 9/16/22 we made the unfortunate mistake of going to Beardmore Chevrolet only because their website said they had a vehicle j was looking for. We've had other issues with this dealership but we decided to just go check this car out. We were great by a very rude salesperson, Lea Thomas. With what seemed like less than 20 vehicles on their lot I simply asked if they had my vehicle if interest. "Idk! You'll have to come inside!" Is what I was greeted with. We rolled inside and were sat in her cubicle. On the floor plugged into the wall, with screen lit up was and iPad with porn on in. I kid you not! Not sure what to do, I just sat there waiting for her to return. When she did return, she saw it on the floor and picked it up. Thinking she must be embarrassed, I was willing to move past it. She then sets it on her desk, still with the screen on! Oh boy, what an experience. Needless to say, I didn't buy a vehicle, nor will I ever be back.
