Beano and Sherry's Casino's

I've always had a pleasant experience here. They have very cheap drinks and food that will satisfy you. The only thing I hate is the smell. I don't know if it's a collection of 59 years of smoking in a fully carpeted room or too much fat grease leaking into the cracks of that ceiling that give the place the awkward stench of dying rodents, but the building smells. And not a "I'll get used to this" smell....it smells. But great wings!

I've been coming here for years. The service is excellent and the food is always hot and fresh. It offers games for all the adults to play, even though I personally don't gamble. Plus, it's also a great place for all the families and friends to gather together when they're in the mood for dinner. My dinner always goes for the chicken strip basket since I'm a chicken lover when it comes to dinner.

Haven't been able to find too many good places to eat in Sioux City and this one of the few places that stand out to me. This place reminds of a popular place called High Life Lounge in Des Moines. They serve broasted chicken which is delicious! Cooked perfectly and the seasoning was great.This is the second place I've seen that sells it. Had the appetizer platter of fried mushrooms, cheese balls, and fried green beans----along with fried gizzards and it was fried heaven! From what I saw on the menu, the food here is pretty affordable. The major downfall to this place is the murky dark atmosphere. The lights are very dim and there's sort of an old, dirty feel to the place. Maybe that's what the charm is but found it kind of off. Overall, I'd still recommend this place.

We ordered 3 beano burgers, it took over an hour to bring the burgers to our table. I don't know whether to blame the kitchen or the waitress. The restaurant is trashy. The service is horrible. I'm too pissed to say anything nice about them.

I ordered my rib-eye cooked medium, I received it barely medium rare. Literally three quarters of this steak was fat and inedible. I informed my waitress when she asked me how everything was ( which was the only time she showed up at the table). Her response was to tell me "sorry" and hand me my check. Never again.
