I was in search of a new car around October 2022, when I completed the trade in/sale online option with Baxter VW. Within a matter of hours I had a trade in offer that was locked in and I was able to have the car reserved for me to see. At the time I had been going through a knee surgery recovery so the dealership was very understanding and flexible. Upon my trade in and purchase of my Vw, the whole team from management to sales to service was wonderful. Truly appreciate all that Zach did to help me with the process. As of today, December 2023, I still can say I highly value Baxter VW. I have used their service group several times and have consistently been impressed by their communication, timeliness, reliability and transparency. I recently had an issue on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. I was able to drop my car off and leave my the key in the 24/7 service area.

In town from out of state visiting family. Scheduled a last minute oil change and they got us in right away! The staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't take oil changes lightly- when you've had a BAD experience, you never forget it. An oil change should be simple, but to some dealers it isn't. Anyway, not only did they service my vehicle well but they washed my car mats, vacuumed the carpet, and cleaned out the sunroof drain. That's unheard of at the VW dealers where I'm from, anyway. Very satisfied with the service here. Thanks guys!

This review is for the VW/Audi service department. I came in to have a check engine light diagnosed. I was given an immediate appointment after calling and told that it would take 1 hour to do a diagnostics of the engine faults. Upon arrival I was then told it would be a $49 fee for the diagnostic. Though hesitant to pay for a diagnosis I really need a safe, functional car so I proceeded. The staff is professional and accommodating and the waiting area has a tv, free snacks and free drinks. After 1:45 min I went up to my service advisor who looked swamped. She had my paperwork there and when she got off the phone explained to me what was going on with the car. After being given the full repair recommendations ($$$$$$$$$) I explained that I wanted to do more research. The rep then said she would have the tech close everything up so I could get going. On the fence between a 4 and 3 star review. Defiantly not a 5 because I have been sitting here for 2+ hours and I am paying $50. Being a 9 year old car I just purchased 8 months ago it is worth my time and $$$ for a proper diagnosis but given I am paying for their advise on what to fix, the wait time should not be so long.

World class Customer service is what a lot of companies try to aim for now a days. Most companies try their hardest to be the best with customer service. My experience here, World Class Customer Service is an understatement and the team at Baxter Volkswagen sets the bar high. Every single employee was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite. Caleb Klees is phenomenal. If you're looking for a new, used or cpo vehicle, Caleb is the gentleman you want to work with. Caleb's attention to detail, professionalism, energy, and customer service approach sets the bar too high for anyone else to come close. Caleb was very patient during my whole transaction process which wasn't short due to factors on my end. During the process Caleb was very attentive, and understanding. His follow up was very professional, never crossing the line of comfort for me in any regards. As far as purchasing and trading in my vehicle, I felt that Caleb Klees and his team put the best price forward first. No Hassel, no low-ball offers, their vehicle was priced well, and they gave me a fair price on mine. Payment range was discussed from the beginning, I gave my range of where I was comfortable. Not once did I need to remind anyone, not once did I feel I was paying too much. Being new to the area and needing to swap out my vehicle sooner than later, I drove to many dealerships in the area and I can honestly say, this is the only place you should stop or need to stop. Anywhere else is a waste of time. If you meet with Caleb Klees, you'll be in good hands. A side note on the packages they offer at time of purchase ect, it is very comprehensive and well valued. I would highly recommend considering these if it is in your budget to do so.

Great folks here with Regi leading the hunt. Nice place we hadn't been prior. Lots of selections and best of help. Would sure return when we have next curiosities.

They have a great staff to work with. I only give them three stars though because they changed to a non-negotiation model like CarMax.

Traveling through Omaha, had engine issues, Baxter VW got me right in, diagnosed my problem, made the repairs. Love this place. Great Customer Service.

Was interested in looking at a vehicle. Went out to the vehicle in the lot and really liked it. Went to the sales office, stood there in the office and not a single person acknowledged us. 2 sales teammates even glanced at us and look away. Not sure what business this car lot deals with but apparently now car sales.

Just leased our second vehicle from Caleb K. Caleb is amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly. He makes the whole experience at the dealership as easy as it's possible to be.
