I was already on edge with Baxter because of my previous visits which included a service advisor telling me I needed to have something replaced which didn't need to be replaced and failing to update my phone number. All I needed was another thing to go wrong before I take my business somewhere else. Today, I felt my trust was betrayed again when I took my car in to have the radiator hose replaced. One of the things I was advised to replace during my oil change in May was the radiator hose. I had no doubts about it needing to be replaced because my car was exhibiting symptoms of insufficient coolant circulation. I asked the service adviser to tell me how much replacing the hose would cost. As you can see in the picture, he added up parts of labor which ended up being around $251. The same service advisor took payment for work done today, and I was charged almost $300! I can cut him some slack for not including tax in his estimate, but I am not happy with the environmental fees that were not mentioned until it was time to pay. This is not ok. When a customer asks about the cost, all fees need to be presented so the customer has an accurate idea of how much money to set aside in their budget. For a working-class person like me, a difference of $37 is a big deal, and this is not ok. I'm not questioning the quality of their work. I am calling out their clerical errors, negligence, and hidden fees that aren't mentioned until it's time to pay the bills. I'm taking my car somewhere else for maintenance and repairs from now on.

Not a typical car buying experience. Adam did great in recognizing that research was done. I was shopping for a newly transplanted Omahan. Located online with the features that were needed. The vehicle was cleaned and ready upon arrival (great approach) and greeted us genuinely. Even with Adam's efforts, we were there for hours. We effectively took his entire day. Sorry.The end result was a successful sale. The buyer is happy and you can't put a price on that.

My experience here so far is very bad. Went in to just get a scan of what was causing our VSC light to turn on. Took it in and spent $300 to get it diagnosed and supposedly fixed. One week later it's back on and a service advisor with very little patience is telling me I can't talk to the person working on the vehicle or either service manager. Seems like this place has sketchy technicians and service managers that can't turn wrenches like professionals should.

I bought 4 new tires & had Baxter put them on - spending over $1,300. Left on vacation right away for 2 1/2 weeks. We noticed brakes surged when stopping which is caused by improper torque of lug nuts.As soon as we got back into town I called to report this issue. The service manager 'Matt' told me I should have brought it back immediately after noticing the problem. Tried to explain to him that we were on vacation and because of that he refused to do anything about it. Called to report this issue & how rude he was on the phone - was told it would be looked into & to date have not heard a word from them!
