Always a courteous, efficient and professional experience. I'm seen promptly upon arrival, they leverage technology to keep customers appraised of the work being performed (we're talking about video and pictures of maintenance being done) with a verbal and written report once everything is wrapped up. Overall really pleased with the consistent customer service and auto care at this location in La Vista.

Came in on 3rd for regular maintenance. Upon checking out they said everything looks good and the car was washed.. excuse me? Ive had a do not wash on my profile since the day I started bring my car to this dealership. When I got out to my car; my settings were messed with, trip a millage was reset, personal items moved and my sunroof cover was shut. This is an invasion of privacy!! Do you think you were doing me a favor to touch my personal items in my car and reset my settings?!? This is beyond frustrating! Let alone my breaks are now grinding after this visit

We were not expecting to buy a car, but due to hail damage our car was considered a total loss. I really don't enjoy buying cars, and my previous salesman has left sales, so I was not looking forward to the experience. We stopped by and Evan Fauss showed us a few cars and we gave him our number. He reached out to us and kept in touch over the next week. When we found a car we were interested in at another Baxter he was able to bring it to the La Vista location so we could compare two cars side by side. Once we made our decision the purchase was fast and easy. Definitely would recommend Baxter, and Evan, to anyone needing a vehicle.

Gone here a few times just for regular maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. It's under construction but from what I can tell it will be very nice once finished. Waiting area is a bit of a cluster right now but they offer coffee and water (some free snacks would be a nice *wink wink*). Contrary to other reviews they do in fact have wifi. Employees are always kind and informative. I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Their time estimates could be a bit better, said 1-1.5 hours and should have been told closer to 2 hours. However, an apology was given and I was thanked for my understanding which is really all I needed to be satisfied.

I bought my Prius from here several years ago and still get it serviced here for everything. The techs are outstanding! They have been extremely helpful, not overbearing, and get the job done great everytime I go. They give me a list of recommendations for future services, but don't shove it in my face or make me feel like I have to get it done right now. They recently remodeled the interior of the dealership and waiting area for servicing, and it looks really nice in there. Overall, I really like this dealership and I would always recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I was in the market for a new car - had the budget in stone and everything picked out. Went in & spoke to William, who wanted to give me what I wanted, but Toyota (and, I've since discovered, most car companies) doesn't play that way now. They send out cars and the dealerships have very little wiggle room. Fortunately, they got something in that at least had about half of the things I wanted. They've had folks waiting for over a year, and I needed a vehicle, so I picked it up. The staff was great - personable and very willing to go over anything we had questions on. Very pleased with my car and the level of service - definitely would go here again if I were in the market for a new car.

Hello Baxter AutoI am writing you on behalf of my son Brandon C who made his first vechile purchase with you on October 13th 2024Upon his purchase he was given the standard temporary tags and was told as normal the title would be sent to the DMV in 30 days30 plus days have passed and he still cannot tag his car. It is now November 20th ane he is being told the title is in Kansas City.As a concerned parnet of a 19yr who decided to make his purchase with you, to not be able to get plates for his car is very concerning. If my son were to be pulled over how do you expect him to speak to an officer? If this issue is not addressed in the next 24hrs I will go to 6 on your side and have an investigation launched and expose this dealership as I am sure he is not the only one who is having this issue.

Outstanding dealership service experience from start to finish when we veered in with a mechanical problem on a crosscountry trip: Liz Kerber was a delightful help, welcomed us warmly and even loved on our dogs who had no place else to go with the unexpected stop on a cold day. The dealership itself is bright, clean and comfortable. Bonus points for the cozy "guest workspace" suites in the waiting area. 10/10 all around.

Great service but this business is posted AGAINST CONCEAL CARRY. If that is something important to you, please consider they would deny you the right to protect yourself in a shooter-situation and then be the first one to get their lawyers to claim the business wasn't liable for endangering your safety.Or do what most people do: if you are carrying concealed, they won't know it anyway, that being the whole general idea behind concealed.
