Bought a new 2024 Subaru from RJ, great people to deal with, great service dept, would highly recommend recommend this dealer to anyone,

We found a car here we wanted to buy. A sales rep came up to us offering help and advice. I know what you're thinking now: here it goes, high pressure tactics, what payments can you afford, etc....None of that. He was very respectful of our wishes and listened to what was important to us in our new car purchase. We wanted to trade our old car in but didn't feel we were offered what we wanted to get out of it, so we decided to keep it and maybe sell it private. Again, he didn't try to push this or that on us.After a few hours, we came back with a cashier's check to purchase our new car and everything was ready for us to sign. The finance manager was also pleasant to deal with and again we didn't feel pressured into warranties or finance options.It was very refreshing to go and buy a car and it wasn't any different then shopping for groceries or clothing.

We knew exactly what we were wanting to look at and buy, the sales man was great. No hassling on financing because we already had our own. More dealerships need to take note and do better. Thank you for being the most professional dealership we have dealt with(and there are many as I like to change vehicles often, lol)

I'm a proud 1st time owner of Subaru Legacy 2018. I love the sedan style car, V6 engine, & fully loaded options! My only complaint is the hands free phone has a lot of static, so I can never use it-seems to be a big downfall, but the car ride makes up for it! This car glides down the road & rides in comfort! I like their new location 172nd & Dodge. Their service waiting area as plenty of seating & a nice drink area with TV's. They offer free car washes for Subaru owners! YAY That's good advertising if you ask me!I feel like I'm a part of the Subaru family for life!Thank you Subaru!

Friendly, Courteous, On top of it! Seriously these people top notch. They work with you, explain everything thoroughly and go above and beyond to get you in the car that's best for you. Deal with Mike Maciborski he's the best!

Always had a friendly efficient experience when stopping in for service. When coming in to test drive the sales folks are friendly and not overly pushy. Will continue to use Baxter for service and hopefully our next ride.

This is my second car with the dealership. The first one was a lease, the second one was a buy. Top tier sellers when it comes to comparing deals, and great crew when it comes to addressing the routine maintenance.

Absolutely terrible service. Myself and another went in to value a trade the manager felt compelled to let us know that they are all connected meaning the Audi dealership, very rude when saying it to us. We had no way of knowing they were connected considering they have different names. The dealerships both gave low trade values which is fine but lower than the blue book value.

My most recent visit was nothing short of excellent. All of my concerns were addressed with a level of empathy and professionalism that surpassed my expectations! The staff made me feel like a rock star - and my car is running better than ever!

Staff is awesome and takes good care of my car and great care of me. I honestly say they are the best dealer I have ever worked with.
