PERFECT EXAMPLE of CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE:Shame, shame on this dealership !! I own a Ford F150 and had an issue opening the tailgate. Thought the fastest way to get assistance was to visit a Ford service dealership. Apparently, my judgement was totally flawed. Walked into the service area of which at a normal dealership, there is a service technician waiting to help. Stood there for five minutes minimum with no one around, so I went into the service desk area where 3 people were seated. I had explained my issue and was told no one could assist me today(July 3rd @ around 2:00pm). I then asked if one of them could accompany me to the truck to see if they had any ideas and they just looked at each other without saying a word. I just shook my head and left. Suggestion to Management: Review your hiring criteria to include questions referencing customer service or hire a few baby-boomers to mentor your current staff. We are a 4-car/truck family, but with service after the sale as I just experienced, chances are ford will be not be on our list for our next purchases.

I was shopping for a new truck during Covid... which means there wasn't very many options out there. I came to Baxter due to them having a couple options I was interested in. The finance manager and sales guy Brody were great to work with! Brody really did a good job of closing the deal.While I waited for my truck to get detailed and go through inspection, I was given a loaner truck for a couple of days. Unfortunately, we worked with another sales guy for this loaner truck who wasn't very good at customer service. My dad informed the sales guy that the loaner truck was not running properly when they showed it to me to buy. My dad was a mechanic, he should know if a truck's engine sounds right. Then without my knowledge they gave me this same truck as the loaner! Less than 12 hours later I'm calling the sales guy to let him know that the check engine light is on. Brody worked with me to make things right and even wiped down my truck for me after detailing did a bad job. Long story short, I had a rough experience at this location... I didn't even mention everything bad that happened, but there were also some great hidden gems found. Like the finance guy who gave my Big Brothers Big Sisters Little $20 to go to the pumpkin patch after we got done picking up my truck. That was a moment that made it worth it.

Had to come here for a part for my company. Worst choice ever!!! Will definitely pick another Ford dealer in town next time. I have never felt like such a nuisance giving a company business in my life. Grumpy, disregard for my presence, no hello, no goodbye no nothing. I won't even review my regular good bad and ugly truth here...Do not shop at Baxter Ford!!! Is all I can say

For service, I've been pleased with my visits. They work promptly, are courteous, and have a great coffee machine. No, seriously. They get a tuneup and oil change with complete digital diagnostic done in an hour, with great coffee.Close enough to my house, easy access from 80, this place gets my biz.

Annemarie was my guide to find my new car! Her customer service was WONDERFULI absolutely adore her energy! She was able to keep it exceptionally fun and professional.I was able to talk to her like I've know her forever. We came with cars in mind, and she picked out the one I ended up taking home! Yes service can be slow, but that's how dealerships work. They only have so many people and picking out a car can take hours sometimes. But I always recommend going through Baxter. They will take care of you and make sure you are leaving with a safe clean vehicle. AND I recommend Annemarie. Your visit will be full of fun

Update:After I reached out to the service department manager and expressed my concerns, they had someone pickup up my car, and take it in for the recall and oil change (what was actually supposed to happen when I went the first time). They made it right in the end and they returned my car to my house. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars - for the fact I should never had the issue to begin with. Original Review (1 Star)LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND LACK OF CONSIDERATION OF TIME!!!I went in for a recall and since I was going to be in for a recall that was going to take about 1/2 a day, I decided to add an oil change. I get there and I'm told that the recall has been delayed until last quarter but they can still do my oil change. If I would have known this I could have brought my computer and worked. - There was NO COMMUNICATION, and they wasted my time. The Service guy said since I had an oil changed scheduled there was no reason to tell me ahead of time that the recall had been delayed. Poor communication and doesn't mind wasting a customer's time.Service manager called and all he could say is Sorry and comp a oil change. For the wasted time and lack of communication on my vehicle to start with, I am taking my vehicle some place else, that will be up front and communicate. The only down side is when the part comes in for the recall I will have to take it back to Ford (it will be a different location) to get it fixed. I do love my Ford Escape.

Spent a couple of hours with these guys yesterday looking at trucks. Here's the summary:1. Had no clue which truck had which options. We had to provide them information about their own inventory. Isn't that your job?2. When evaluating my trade, asked me what other dealers offered for my truck (seriously)?3. Devalued my truck due to "hail damage." There is no hail damage. Never has been. 4. Repeatedly quoted me the incorrect towing capacity on the trucks we evaluated (see#1).Was certainly not impressed. Would never purchase from them nor would I recommend them. They were friendly enough, but oscillated between cluelessness and chicanery on the sales side.
