No one really wants to spend money at an auto shop (lol) but they have done well so far and no complaints here. Prices are on the lowered end for an oil change and tire rotation which is nice. They have complimentary coffee (in the nice latte/espresso machine) as well water. The ice was out when I was there, but I won't knock a star off for that. Service was quick and didn't try to upsell fixes. They put any recommendations on the receipt and out I went.

TLDR: Service advisors will not listen to the accurate troubleshooting and problem statements from their customers and then lie and say they performed the checks that the customer asked for. The technicians doing the repairs couldn't even accurately check a 12V signal, I would not trust them to perform any real repairs to your vehicle and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your servicing needs. (Baxter ford Papillion at least seemed more honest and upfront). My Ford Maverick had a recall for a trailer light issue (23c04). Baxter ford Papillion sent a mobile unit to make repairs on June28th. They stated my truck was not affected and everything worked (recall states all trucks with my package from the dates listed on recall were affected.. but I just found that out after doing my research). I buy a trailer last friday for a cross country trip. The trailer lights did not work. I scheduled an oil change before the long drive and asked baxter ford omaha to look into the lights. I told them about the troubleshooting I did, that there was no power to the trailer running lights, and that the recall repair was most likely the cause. They said they would look into it while my truck was in the shop. Appt was at 10am. They called me back the same day around 2pm saying my truck was ready, I asked if they fixed the trailer light issue, they said they never looked into the lights issue. Then they had to keep my truck over night since they couldn't get to it that day. The next day they call me saying my truck is ready and all works perfectly, they found zero issues. I said that is not possible since I verified that the 12V power was not present at the 7pin connector for the running lights. They said they tested multiple times and all was good. I asked if they verified that the recall was indeed completed and asked if they could check physically for the missing wire that should've been installed. They said they did and it was all correct and it was an issue with my trailer (a brand new trailer that was tested at the trailer store). The advisor Rusty assured me that it was not my truck and that the "trailer light testing device" was very accurate and that my lights worked just fine" after I made it clear that it was the truck and that is was almost 100% due to the recall not being performed. At this point I was questioning my abilities to perform simple voltage checks. So I say okay, maybe it is an issue with my trailer and they bring the truck back to me while I am at work. When I got home and tested it, no power for the running lights. I then took apart my fuse wiring harness that had the missing wire and took pictures of the wiring harness proving the power supply wire was missing (recall 23c04 is supposed to replace). This morning I called them over 12 times. I asked the service front desk person to let me speak to a manager or advisor. She stated repeatedly that they were in meetings. They never called me back. I have been driving with a un repaired recall for months because the technician does not know how to use their own tools. Today I was fortunate enough to get ahold of baxter ford papillion (even though they messed it up in the first place) and they were very polite, upfront, owned up to the mistake after I told them what had happened and that it was an urgent repair for my traveling. They were able to complete the repairs. The only thing I will say about that location, is that I made the technician on arrival test my truck lights in front of me, and he also, incorrectly used his own trailer light tester. Luckily I brought my own meter to show them zero Volts and the photos of the missing wire and that it needed the recall to be completed. I don't understand how both shops incorrectly checked a very simple 12V signal for a total of 3 times (the mobile unit in June, and then yesterday and this morning). If they are unable to perform tasks as simple as that without making mistakes, I don't know how you could trust them to perform any repairs on your vehicle, I suggest you look elsewhere for service.

I would not recommend using this company to purchase a car. When I originally saw all the negative reviews I thought that maybe they were just a few odd ones out of a lot of good purchases. However after my experience I believe that the majority of purchases seem to be a negative experience at this dealership. I purchased a car from them two months ago and it has been nonstop headaches since. First I was told I would have a certain interest rate but the next day when I went in the interest rate was much higher than what I was told. Next, there was a chip in the windshield when I bought the car. I called and let them know and they said it would be fixed for free since it was on the car when I purchased. I called back after a few days of not hearing anything about scheduling to get it fixed. The person I talked to said they would not fix it for free. I told them I was promised it would be fixed for free and they said since I couldn't remember the persons name that promised that, they would not do it for free. Now getting a chip fixed in a windshield is not expensive. It was not the price that bothered me, it was the stepping back on promises and inconsistency with the employees that bothered me.Finally, I needed to go to the DMV to register my car. As it turns out, the dealership never sent my title to the DMV. I called to ask why and I was told I did not pay for the entirety of my down payment. I informed them I did and that I had the receipts if they needed it. I was then transferred to someone else that told me he had no idea why my title was never sent but he also couldn't help me because he couldn't get ahold of anyone in the title office. One nice thing is that they offered to take everything to the dmv once they get the title figured out and get it registered for me. However, they want me to give them my debit card with PIN number in order for them to do that which seems rather sketchy/uncomfortable to me.Updated to add: they lost my title which is why they never sent it to the DMV

The last few times I've come here, I have not been as dazzled with the service as in the past. I recently came in to have my low tire pressure lights checked out. I was quoted an hour, which seemed long, but ended up waiting over two hours. No one came out to tell me they were running behind or apologize. Nobody likes waiting, but when you wait significantly longer than expected, it isn't a good start to your day. Frustrating.

My truck has experienced issues from Day one. I'm a Ford guy changing quickly. My F150 has already been in for thee trouble lights and a new battery. Today I went in for a scheduled appointment, over a month ago I made it. Was told they didn't have a mechanic that could look at. Remind you I made an appointment over a month ago. I left upset and ready to find a new vehicle. Stay away from Baxter Ford. They have no help or clue how to fix vehicles.

I need to get something off my chest: I cannot endorse the services at Baxter West Dodge. Their staff is careless when it comes to keeping your vehicle safe, and I encourage you to look elsewhere for a more capable and thoughtful car dealership. On Thursday, July 2nd, I received a call from Baxter about someone breaking into my prized 2016 Ford Mustang. I left it in their care for some repairs, believing they would take every precaution to keep my car safe. After receiving that call, I immediately stopped what I was doing and headed straight to Baxter. After arriving and inspecting my car, I noticed suspicious elements break-in. No glass was broken, and the locks were not tampered with; it was clearly left unlocked. It appeared that someone easily "broke into" my car, damaged my AC controls, and stole my amps and stereo system in my trunk. A service representative and a mechanic attempted to explain their fault away, claiming that a break-in on Baxter's property was equivalent to a break-in at a Walmart parking lot. But it doesn't take an expert to realize that's just not true. A respectable dealership like Baxter West Dodge should ensure that your vehicle is cared for and repaired when left on their premises, unlike at a Walmart, where you park, buy what you need, and leave, all within an hour. This response was completely inappropriate and apathetic. I asked for the manager, Ronnie Menicucci, hoping he would provide better customer service and answers. Unfortunately, Baxter seems to only employ indifferent people who don't take responsibility for the actions of their business. The service representative, mechanic, and Ronnie all urged me to file this under my insurance, even though they are clearly at fault for this break-in. Ronnie later called, starting our conversation with a bad attitude. I asked Ronnie if they have cameras on the premises, but he admitted that the cameras at Baxter West Dodge are fake, saying that Baxter is "working on that." He also said, "Do you really think we can afford to pay for any incidents after hours?"During the call, Ronnie suggested that someone broke into my car with a slim jim, but that couldn't have been the case. After the service work was completed, I noticed a layer of dust on the car that showed no struggle or an attempt at breaking in, so it's clear that no one tampered with my car to get in: it had to have been unlocked. But it doesn't end there. The day of the break in, Baxter called me after filing a police report, not before. They did this because they didn't want me talking with the police. They knew that the car was not tampered with and the door was unlocked.I want to share my experience at Baxter West Dodge and their staff because I don't want you to go through the same issues I went through. I urge you to not support them, and instead support a business that cares about their customers.

Hunter had the sales guy crap going on but he was extremely nice. Jose was less than impressive. He was going to tell me exactly how everything was going to be including the price of the car and trade in value.I am fine with dealerships making money but the margins need to be realistic. Jose doesn't listen.I told him not to contact me unless the numbers change. The next morning the numbers changed. I went to another dealership and was treated great. I bought a nicer car with less miles for less!!!Experience was definitely poor. The dealership communication was poor.

From start to finish it was a positive experience. Hunter and Matt took great care of us. Special shout out to Ethan Lentsch who took special care of us and made sure we had a great tutorial of all of the special features our F-150. Literally the nicest guy ever!

I was ready to buy my next new truck here. Then, my brother in law told me how the service department found very expensive to fix problems with his 2017 Edge just after the warranty expired ... The vehicle had been in for service just prior to the warranty expiring! They also charged him for the loaner car while they fixed his. I will not be buying my truck here

I had overall a good experience here. There were a couple hiccups, but it wasnt a tortuous 8 hour affair to buy a car. I leased a 2024 Ford Escape, the salesman, Eamon, gave me a very thorough explanation of everything in the car and how it worked before our test drive. He knew the product well and while it took a little time to get all the paperwork printed and signed, he checked in on me regularly. It was a comfortable experience. They later filled the gas tank, cleaned it out and delivered it to me at work. Then they assisted me in setting up the Fordpass app. Will definitely consider Baxter again for my next vehicle.
