I took my van in for a recall noice for the transmission. I agreed to have the transmission serviced. I noticed spots everywhere I parked my vehicle. I looked under it and the sealant on the transmission pan was leaking fluid. Made an appointment and was told that there would be a $165.00 diagnostic charge. They diagnosed the leak. Then had to keep the vehicle because they didn't have sealant. The classic is when the service manager tried to intimidate me. He told me not to return and appeared to want a physical fight. This place is not a well operated business.

Usually when a business gets a new owner things tend to get better. However, that is not the case here. This place has taken another turn downwards. The crooks that owned Baxter sold it to another group and the only word that comes to mind is inept. They completely lost a sale because of the sales person that tried to help me....and I use the term "help" extremely loosely. Not sure if this was day 1 or 2 for him, but was clearly inexperienced. And it looked like they were out of clean shirts in his size so someone just grabbed whatever was laying around even though it was about 2 sizes too big and dirty. Regardless of wardrobe, he spent way more time talking to the sales manager than he did to me. I know it's a game they play, but after he came back after his 6th trip and then got up again saying he needed to talk to the manager, I got up too and said I was done. After over an hour, there wasn't any serious attempt at progress on their part. My time is valuable and I don't need to waste it playing their silly games. Nice kid, but his lack of automobile knowledge was concerning. Must not be a training budget. When he didn't know the difference between a Wrangler and a Renegade, I should have known this wasn't going to be good.Like I said, I hoped this place would have gotten better, not worse after the sale. It's too bad that its declined this far. Maybe the dealer south of Lincoln is better....guess I'll find out.

I was in town for work. I stopped to get an oil change and tire rotation. It looked like they put my lug nuts back on with their hands. They were literally trying to kill me!!! I went back and a representative that works their said they did the same thing to his personal vehicle. Stated they rush to get things done.. smh

May never return to Baxter for an oil change and tire rotation. Car felt funny and found the tires inflated to 45 psi...now one of my center caps is gone. What else might have the tech screwed up?

very dissatisfied! I bought a 2020 Ram 2500 with 8k miles on it. and every two weeks it felt I was taking it in. they put a new transmission in it after I had to get with ram care because they said they could not just put one in. I had to go the extra mile to get that all done then a month to two months later transmission problems again with some other things wrong with the truck like the steering wheel clicking every time it turned, they said can't fix. they would never get back to me about trade in or try and help me find the best option. just now they said to bring it in and got 7 phone calls the next Moring like my truck was on fire or something saying no one communicated about what was going on. so now again nothing they can do. So now I got to waste more time and money. I will never again buy from them and will let every person I know in the area how they treat and don't care about the customers they have. there is more on me driving back and forth and them saying they can't do or fix the problem it's a 70k dollar truck I have saved and worked hard for, and they could careless

We purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry in 2020 and was told that if we decided to sell it that we would be able to get a refund on the unused portion of the warranty. We sold the car and I have been trying to get the warranty cancelled and the refund processed. I have emailed (no repsonse), called 9 times and either gotten hung up on or transferred back and forth because nobody wants to help me, I have went through their chat online and gotten NOWHERE. Once they sell the vehicle their service IS HORRIBLE!!!! I will NEVER buy a car from them again!

Passing through town on my way back home to NC my check engine light came on and power reduced. I found this dealer and decided to take my truck in to get help before I continued on my trip. They wouldn't take 10 minutes to scan the check engine like and see if I was safe to continue my trip. I'm 1500 miles from home pulling a trailer with my truck and they are not willing to help me at all. Glad I'm not from around here

I bought three used vehicles from Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Lincoln. I really enjoyed my car buying experience. The paperwork was stress free. I even enjoyed working with the finance manager. Mario Overstreet was my sales rep. and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He would follow-up with a phone call and ask how my vehicles was running. This is a great place to get an oil change. I'm happy to share that my EXPERIENCE was EXCELLENT working with Mario Overstreet and the staff at Performance. I have a lot of friends that has bought cars from him. I will continue referring my friends and family to come and buy their vehicle from Mario. Thanks again for your dedication, professionalism and showing that you value me as a customer. Took '13 Ram in for recall work to be done on seatbelt, exhaust, & tailgate latch. They attempted an unauthorized optional software update on my radio even though working perfectly. Gave me truck back to drive home with broken radio or a $799 repair bill because radio is now non-operational. They said doing unauthorized repair work is "something they just do." No integrity or ethics.
