I had terrible service with my bathroom remodel. They didn't show up at appointed times, did sloppy work that had to be redone. My shower head leaked, back panel cracked, caulking had gaps, and I had to point out that they didn't caulk the tub to the walls and floor. Drywall had to be redone in places, even the threshold to the hallway was done incorrectly and had to be redone.My phone calls were not returned, I had to catch project manager in the office in order to talk to them. It took over 2 months to get my 5 -10 day project completed. I never even got a thanks for your business or sorry for the inconvenience from them. I would not recommend them for ANY job.

I commissioned this company to remodel my bathroom because I wanted a bigger tub to soak in. The sales consultant seemed to understand that was my main goal and gave me a great price that I was very happy with. When the time came for the worker to do the job I was worried once I saw the tub installed. It didn't look any bigger than what I already had even though I was told I would be getting a "soaker" tub (whatever that is.) I asked 2 different people to see a photo of it before it was installed but never got one. Once the job was done and I tried the tub out I saw it wasn't any bigger than what I had as far as space IN the tub. Just more width around the edge. Which I told the contractor. He was going to come up with some options to remedy the situation but did not call back when he promised he would (his first mistake.) I waited 2 days, called the company and was promptly hung up on when I asked for the guy. Mistake #2. Called again and was hung up on before the girl even said anything. 3rd phone call went to voice mail so I left a message. No call back 3 days later. So now I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for a resolution. I tried to do it nicely and deal with the business who was so unprofessional after taking my money and not working something out. I put a negative review on their FB page this morning which was taken down an hr later. So I'm invoking my 2nd amendments rights to notify anyone locally that I DO NOT recommend using Baths 4 Less or their Sunrooms 4 Less branch for anything. If I had money to throw away on something that is not any more useful than what I had, there would be no issue here. And I was willing to pay a little more to get what I wanted because there was miscommunication all around but now I wouldn't work with these people if they did the job for free. Talk about bad customer service! Lesson learned here!
