Bath Pros

On time and so far very professional! Not only replacing fixtures but down to the stud renovation!

We had half of our bathroom done by Bath Planet. They tore out and replaced the old tub and shower combo and took care of some mold. They were in and out within two days. We were given a limited lifetime warranty which seemed great at the time. Fast forward a few years. The caulk is coming off in some areas, mold is coming through everywhere and when you push on the surround there is no resistance. We have attempted on numerous occasions to contact Bath Planet, however, Bath Pros bought them. In fact, their office is Bath Planet's old office. The first conversation we had with Bath Pros we were told that they were not honoring Bath Planets warranties. Also, the caulking was a special color (but it's gray and I can get it from Menards). We were then told "the daughter" could come out next week to fix the caulking but we never saw her or received a phone call. Now both companies are not returning our phone calls.
