DO NOT do business with Bank of America. I had fraudulent charges on a credit card issued by Door Dash, a company I have never done business with. BofA immediately recognized 2 of the 3 charges as being fraudulent and would not approve them. The third charge of $94.86 went through and I disputed it immediately. I have been trying to get this taken off my account. BofA will not provide any information, they simply say I owe it. The "mythological" fraud department does not return calls or follow up. This is clearly senior abuse and has caused me great anxiety. I will not pay this bill!! BofA has become too big to care about their depositors. I am in the process of closing all my accounts and suggest you do the same. Your money is not safe with BofA.

They are very unprofessional. We have spent hours trying to solve a problem and they keep jerking us around. When I called Cust. Service and asked to speak to a supervisor the guy I talked to ,Trevor, said he was a supervisor then transferred to someone else who said he was not a supervisor. We are still trying to resolve and are still being jerked around.They even made us fax a copy of our bill to them. The bill I got from them. They are just messing with us to make us drop the issue which is only $83.29. We have been a customer of BA for 40 years and have numerous accounts and several thousands of dollars in our various accounts.Will be looking at other banks very soon!
