Bandits Sports Bar

My wife and I decided to get a hotel room near "bandits sports bar" since we usually enjoy sports bars. Sat down at a table since the bar rail was full. A few people got up and tabbed out. We waited a few minutes and walked up to the bar top and he turned us away since one of his friends or something decided they wanted to sit there. I guess this makes sense why there was only 6 other people in here. Probably just go downtown.

Super friendly service. The only place I could find nearby that was pet friendly. Food was good for a local bar.

Had the pleasure of dining in Grand Island and was craving wings. Never found wings quite like this in Omaha so I was pretty happy to find the spot. The photo of the wings is a 6 count dirty reaper which came near the end of a 3 hour stay waiting on my colleague to pick me up from a family emergency. That was a 'to-go' box, but I literally finished it before I left bc I was excited to try the 2nd batch. When I first got in I ordered the side salad in the photo (which was only $3.50 including toppings btw) shortly after came my the first round of 6 dirty Alberta wings which I forgot to take a picture of. Wings were lightly battered, and came with an incredible glazed sauce - lightly sweet with a kick ( I swear they included a few 'Sweet Heat jalapeños' if you've ever bought a jar of those - kind of like cowboy candy jalapeños. Not as spicy as it sounds). The wings were served with a literal sauce bottle of ranch and a dipping cup so you could pour as much of it as you wanted. Later on, I got brave and ordered the Reaper flavor, which did not leave me sweating so I was a little let down tbh haha. Palatable for most people I'd say given the expectation. Bartenders kept my cup full and were mostly attentive, it was Saturday night so saw a variety of locals come and go. On a Saturday the price is $1.50 per wing before 6pm, I happened to arrive at like 6:30 so was a little disappointed that I didn't make it in time. 6 wings were $10 but plus the salad was about $13.50 not including tax. Not bad - the alcohol adds up though. Spent over 3 hours by myself and came out to about $50 for the evening. Overall would return in a heartbeat from the prices and serving size alone in today's economy from what I saw on the rest of the menu. Plenty of opportunity to meet other people if you're social on a weekend night.

Great place to watch sporting Events so get on your feet and come eat. I love there pizza and wings you will not be disappointed!!!

I have been going there for about 2 years straight about 1-2 times a week with friends, and then something happen that I never did. Owner was suppose to look at the cameras, and said he couldn't see anything. now to me I don't think he even looked. In my opinion, I deserve to be able to go back to that bar again. Was a loyal customer to them until this incident...It is what it is. Peacock is was better anyways

Totally exceeded our expectations.We have a new wing spot with friendly, happy people.The choices in wings, beer and food is awesome. We are very happy we came here!Jordan is great.The food came out hot. This is rare at any bar- the cook is phenomenal. Great job. You have life long customers in us!

Don't visit this place unless you are a local or a regular. If you're just visiting the staff won't even look ok your direction.
