Balance Massage & Esthetics

I have been a client of "Balance" for the past 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I first tried them because they are located close to my house but now would drive across town if I needed to. I have a regular standing appointment with Tricia but have used and can recommend Teresa and Erica, as well. The space is very clean and professional. Tricia makes sure to check in with you as far as pressure and trouble spots you may have. I am very picky with my massage as I have had a number of shoulder issues and a very stressful life. This is money and time very well spent. Try them and you'll never go anywhere else either!

I tried to make an appointment online. I thought that I had done so but I never got an email confirmation that I had. I called the number several times to see if my appointment was scheduled. No one answered and I left two detailed messages. No one called me back. Finally, I went to the business at what I thought was the appointment time. The door was open, the sign said open, and yet no one was there. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up.Edited to add: Thank you, Tricia, for your prompt response and explanation, and kind offer of a free massage. I will be unable to accept your massage offer, as I am leaving town to go home, but I will remember your business the next time I am in town.Thank you very much.
