Very kind and helpful staff. New to their pharmacy so wasn't sure what to expect but they are fast and very knowledgeable if you have any questions about your meds or others that you are not taking. Will continue to use their pharmacy going forward!

On Monday, June 2nd, 2019, I went to Baker's pharmacy at 888 Saddlecreek Rd in Omaha, Ne, to pick up a prescription. Baker's had an advertised price of $40.30 for the prescription on Goodrx.com. When I went to pay for the medication I was told to pay a price of over $400, despite providing the coupon advertised by their business. When I inquired about the price differential Joel the pharmasist said that Goodrx was not insurance and he was not obligated to meet the advertised price. I then declined the prescription.Baker's pharmacy should meet the advertised prices agreed to with their partners and publically advertised.

Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. I appreciate that this team is in my neighborhood, they make it easy for me with reminders by phone and text and have great advice on my meds.

I can get my diabetes meds free here. However I am going to start paying for them elsewhere. The website to refill isn't bad though not as nice as Walgreen's scan and refill app. The problem is I get a confirmation that my prescription will be ready at the time I selected but when I get there, it is not. Next time, I tried waiting an extra day but it still was not ready. There is no place to check on line to see if it is ready and very rarely do they do an automated call to let you know it's ready. The pharmacy seems disorganized and the pharmacist I spoke to (who couldn't find my order) kept checking the computer and with another pharmacist. I'm afraid I will get the wrong thing, one of these days!

I have been using the Baker's Saddle Creek pharmacy for many years now. While the overall quality of that Baker's has gone down, that is not the case for the pharmacy. Even during those times when they are clearly overwhelmed or understaffed, the pharmacy staff are courteous, knowledgeable, make sure I understand the prescription, and have helped me get the best price during times when I had no insurance. I like that I will get a text when a prescription is ready, and on rare occasions when I needed to talk to a person (not the hideous AI phone system), I could. The biggest thing is that I TRUST them. The pharmacy is the only reason I even go to that Baker's anymore. Thank you pharmacists and technicians for your courtesy and professionalism.
