Baked by Sweet Melissa

I was looking for a cake for my birthday when I stumbled upon baked by sweet Melissa. She has macarons sold out of Edge of the Universe cafe along with some Japanese treats out of Her Company, so I knew it was going to be tasty. It definitely lived up to everything I hoped it would be! Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was delicious as well! Ordering her treats and cakes is done through her Facebook page or her website. There is lots of different options to choose from, and she even helps if you want a custom flavor. Pickup is done at Her Company, but she can work with you and deliver it if need be. She was kind and great to work with, and made it so that pickup was a breeze. The macarons are the BEST I've ever had. They are the perfect texture of crispy outside and chewy soft in the middle. The macarons even had a filling in between the buttercream that added a whole new flavor profile and freshness. I highly recommend her treats and cakes, especially those who have to be gluten free!
