I just rented a bounce house for my son's birthday party. I did the entire process online and confirmed the rental the Monday before the party as requested. I was VERY nervous to just use a random company I found online, but I didn't have many other options as I had kind of procrastinated in planning the party. But, the price was good and included delivery, set up, and pick up. They dropped it off when they said they would, and even offered to drop it off earlier if it was convenient for me. Pick up was also when expected. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. My only suggestion is to maybe improve the booking process.
