An oil change costs 30% more than the dealer charges and the quote I received for a tire rotation is 50% more than the dealer charges - that and they didn't 'reset' the computer on my vehicle so now it tells me I need 'service oil now' for the next 5K miles. No thanks - I'll go to the dealer.

Omaha, NE: I read their mixed reviews (first warning) and decided to give them a try anyway. They fixed my first issue so I decided to schedule an appointment for an alignment. When I arrived they couldn't take my Jeep because their alignment bay had a car on it that was "torn apart." I get that, these things happen. However, I never received a phone call asking me to reschedule and after a 20-minute drive across town, the best answer I got was "we didn't have your information." Ahh, I was there two day earlier. It was very clear there was no effort find the person (Dylan) who scheduled the appointment to find out who I was and try contact me. This is basic Customer Service 101.

Really appreciate that they will do what they can to fit me in when my cars need serviced. When I call I feel like family and I do feel like I know Jessica, Lance, and Dylan too. Recently had 2 that needed attention and they were very good at communicating what was needed with estimated pricing upfront. Empathetic to the costs and helping me make the priority repairs. One vehicle I paid to have towed there. They fixed it and I was pleased to be rolling again, but the next day it would not start. So it had to be towed again back to their shop. What they found was the real root of the problem on the second round. They did take off my bill the previous part and labor that again needed to be replaced and I paid for the second tow.I still will return just wish they had done a deeper dive on my first visit to save double towing cost.As for the second vehicle, they finally found the root of the problem with the brakes. It took a few visits and sadly they were just out of warranty, but they made it right on the bill overall.I like how their bill states the steps they took. I trust they do what they say, but maybe their software needs updated or changed to be sure they are doing a deep enough dive into what is causing the problem when car is in for the first time.I wish there was a 1/2 star, this would actually be a 4.5 rating!

Dylan at Auto Station was great. My family was on vacation in Omaha and our car broke down and we had to have it towed on a Friday night. We knew nothing about Auto Station, but that is where insurance towed it too. We were stranded at our hotel, but decided to take the shuttle to the zoo the next day. Dylan called promptly in the morning to let us know he was looking at our car and would call when he knew more. He called two more times during the day with a diagnosis, estimate, and disposition. He was incredibly friendly. When we told him we were at the zoo and stuck there (obviously without a car), he accepted credit card payment over the phone. Overall, the price was very reasonable. Car seems to be fixed and running great. It was hastle free with very friendly service. We are very thankful.

My husband & I have taken our cars here for probably over 10 years. They are great. Very honest and trustworthy. Lance has gone above and beyond on occasion. I highly recommend Auto Station.

Auto station is one of the best places you can go to have your vehicle serviced. Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, prompt service, and fair prices. This will definitely be my go-to for now on.

I had a fairly severe mechanical car issue last week, and the dealership couldn't get me in to really look at it for 5 days. I called Auto Station for the first time, and they were going to be able to help me right away! My car actually died on my way to the station, and they came to help me move the car out of traffic, and made arrangements to get the key to the towing company. They got my fixed car back to me within 24 hours and took the extra step to outline a few other maintenance items that I should keep on my radar in the future - they even called me back and LOWERED my bill slightly as they determined one item really wasn't necessary right now after all. Lance and his crew were nothing but helpful, informative, and came to my rescue when I needed them. I would certainly use them again!.

Worst customer service ever. Initial inquiry on a part we thought we needed to replace. The shop was 1.5 days behind at that point before they could look at it. Then there was a snow storm and they stated they were a couple more days behind. They had the truck for 2 weeks with no communication that wasn't solicited on our end first. Part definitely not ordered in time. Part not replaced the day it came in or the next day. They replaced it on the third day when they knew we were coming to get it. Vehicle had to be jumped, which led us to suspect no one started it. Vehicle had to be parked a mile down the road as it was not road worthy at all. Nothing but delays and excuses. No actual fix. I wish I could give them the stupid part back. I paid for 2 tows to get this truck fixed. I wish I could hold them responsible for the 2nd one. Do not take your vehicle here. We will never go there again.

Took my 2017 Nissan Altima in to recharge my A/C before the hot days of summer. As I waited the gentleman at the desk was very nice and seemingly helpful....the next thing I know they're telling me that my A/C compressor is bad. They were going to charge me over $1000 to replace it. I immediately got on Amazon and found a remanufactured A/C compressor for $152. They refused to replace it with the one from Amazon. So I declined the service and a trusted friend who is a very good mechanic look at it. He took my compressor out and found that Auto Station SERIOUSLY over filled the freon and there was nothing wrong with mine except that AUTO STATION had overfilled it causing it to not work correctly.

Brought car in for oil change and 70,000 mile service. They found oil was leaking, but not fast enough to be obvious. Worked with us for over a month till the leak showed itself. Then they fought for us with the warranty service we had bought till they were able to get the parts paid for plus feel confident in the parts to attach their guarantee to it as well. They even were able to supply a code for a rental car to use while our car was being worked on in their shop.
