Loved the service here. Will absolutely take my vehicles here in the future. A close and trusted friend recommended the place. He is a drag racer and does a lot of his own work. He trusts Auto Specialists, and now I do too. The price is reasonable, but trusting the person giving you advice is invaluable.

I drove with my daughter from Kansas City for the day to get her moved into her new dorm at Creighton. We started having car trouble as we got close to Omaha. I called so many auto repair places, but everyone was closed for the holiday weekend. Thank goodness this place was open. They checked out my car, told me what the issue was, explained what I should do if it acted up again on the way home, assured me I'd make it back to KC just fine (which I did), gave me some information to give my mechanic here at home, and refused to take my money. God bless them. Thank you, Randy!

I've been coming here for years. When I was first stationed at offutt I took my BMW and then when I returned I took my 4 Runner here and a still take the 2004 BMW. Ethical beyond anything you would expect. Honest and very competent. Randy has built a wonderful team here. Don't be deterred that you have to wait 7 - 10 days to get an appointment ... it's well worth it!! Cheers, Glen Weaver.

My stabilitrak light kept coming on, causing my car to slow down and other lights to come on. I took it to Auto Specialists and they called themselves fixing it. It continued to do it so I brought it back. Eventually Randy told me I should sell the car because it couldn't be fixed. I sold the car to a girl in my office and she took it to a guy who used to work for a car repair place and he fixed it. The part was $80. The car is still running and very well I may add. My husband took his car in for an oil leak. They charged him over 1800 and claimed all the leaks were fixed. He called the next day and told Randy it was still leaking and Randy told him to bring it back. Almost 2 weeks later Randy called my husband and told him they found the problem and it would be $500 and $300 for labor. Why would he have to pay more when they charged him for fixing the problem, but didn't fix the problem. We are very disappointed and will NEVER take any of our vehicles there again. They definitely took us for a ride. If you have money to burn, this is definitely the place to take your vehicle, but if you want it done right, stay away from Auto Specialists.

Service was quick, effective and I was charged the price I was quoted. It was a little tricky getting into the place, it's on a frontage road, but I'll know next time.

Trustworthy service. There are probably cheaper places in town but quality work and good service have their own value. Randy, the shop manager, is a great guy to work with when scheduling and getting an understanding of what's going on with my cars. Takes a couple weeks to get in for Oil and filter changes but if you have an emergency of some kind they are good about quickly getting you in to least take a look and tell you what you're dealing with.

My cars check engine light came on and I had a long ride home. Not being from Omaha I didn't know where to go, so , my sister recommended Auto Specialists. Randy was able to take a quick look at my vehicle and assure me I would be fine to drive it home. Randy would not take a penny for his time.Stand-up gentleman and highly recommend.

Randy was personable. the mechanic after working on my vehicle, did not indicate verbally any issues other than low tire pressure and unsure of leak. No comments about fluid levels, battery, brakes etc and n indication they had been checked. We live in a world to assume nothing. Got home and oil leaking. took back in and gasket apparently cracked per Randy. I later called to ask if I could bring my car in to check the battery., due to uncertainty of being checked recently. That question wasn't answered, after brief discussion, Randy told me I should replace the battery, age unknown. Needless to say won't be going back there.

Auto Specialists has been my trusted auto repair shop since I moved to Omaha in 1992. Friends I met after my move here, recommended Auto Specialists. I met Randy, the manager, when I first brought my car in. He was friendly and accommodating. Throughout all these years, we have never had a bad experience doing business Randy. I now drive from Lincoln to Omaha to have my car repaired at Auto Specialists. Thank you Randy and Eric!
