Auto Doc's

I stopped in because my low tire light had come on. They checked my tires and added air. They did it as a courtesy. Very nice people!

With a large family of young drivers and multiple older high mileage vehicles, we need to a good mechanic! Whenever we take a vehicle in to Auto Doc's, they always give us an estimate before making any repairs and my final bill always comes back at or below what I was quoted. I also appreciate that they will advise me about which repairs are urgent (safety issue) versus which ones can wait. I've never had a problem or concern that my vehicles weren't properly or completely repaired. It's nice not having to worry about a mechanic taking advantage of me or one of my kids just to make a buck. I would definitely recommend Auto Doc's to anyone!

I called James and asked if I could get my car in the shop to get looked at Monday morning, as it would shut off while I was driving, and he said that he could get to it later in the afternoon. I dropped it off at about 9AM that day and before 11AM he called with a diagnosis and a quote. He said he could have it finished by the end of the day Tuesday; it was done before 10AM. I had problems with my air conditioner as well, so he actually put on a compressor that I had already purchased. Now my car is running better than it ever has, and I've had it for a year and a half.The prices and rates were very low compared to other places in the area, and far lower than any chain. James also did an inspection of the car including signals, electronics, fluids, and tire pressure, etc, so now I can feel at ease when driving. He also talked me through things to explain what my problem was (since I am not great with cars) and mentioned that there were other things that needed to be attended to (fluid levels, blinker, etc.) and explained what I could do by myself. He was extremely accommodating, informative, didn't act as a salesman (like a lot of chains), and was very friendly (unlike a lot of mechanics that I've dealt with). This was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had with a mechanic and I will definitely go back in the future.
