This is a pic of moldy old prices of lunch meat that Theresa leaves lay on the floor right by the deli slicer.

This happens when you empty the sinks because the grease traps haven't been cleaned out in yrs.

Do not eat out of this nasty deli, they sell moldy outdated food. Their kitchen is so disgusting ,the pictures below are just some of 50 that I have because I worked there and tried to clean this kitchen only for the managers Troy Lebeck and Theresa Claussen allowed it to go right back the way they kept it before I started. It took me a puddy knife 7oven cleaner,bleach and 3 hrs to clean just the top of the stove.I called the inspector and because she showed up and violated them. They could not fire me for doing the right thing in trying to protect the community from poisoning they gave me two false write up which of course im not signing lies. They fired me for it. And because Troy Lebeck and his wife work for the city of Audubon the kitchen never got cleaned and passed and has passed for over two yrs in this condition. Mr. Lebeck also knows about robberies that happend by the employees and never reported it to the owner Dina Corrbet. She also directed myself and the deli manager to take spoiled food out of the broken down dairy cooler and serve it to people. Dina told Theresa on speaker phone that she was glad she knew how to save money by serving this food. And please always check their produce because I myself have gotten 3 to 5 quarts of raspberries and strawberries that were moldy. Customers have brought 4yr old pizza rolls to me as well that they were gonna sell til I threw them away. This town needs a new owner of this store or a completely different store period. So please fellow townspeople be safe shopping here.
