I have been going to auctions since a kid and this is a good one. Thursday night auctions always have a good variety and you are never sure what you will see. Prices are good but since its an auction.... you never know. People are super friendly... the last time I was there a staff member was having a birthday and they gave out free slices of birthday cake! If you are a fan of auctions or just enjoy looking at a weird collection of items, I highly recommend it.

Do not do business with these people. I won an item at auction. Received it broken. I contacted them about it and they have just ignored me. Defidently stay away.

A great auction house run by an incredible staff. They have weekly auctions and Tom is the best in town, plus he makes the experience more fun by telling a few jokes and having a good time. I've never had a problem with online bidding, so if you need to sell some items or an entire estate, you can't go wrong with The Auction Mill.

Don't use their online bidding system. It doesn't always work and will leave you disappointed. I bid on an item that sold for 15% less than the maximum bid that I had entered. I will not be using this auction house to manage any estate sales or other auctions as it's clear they need a better online system.

Tom and his team were wonderful considering I had just lost my father to a sudden illness. Tom was very helpful and went out of his way to schedule a pick of the items when they were closed over the new year. Tom has a keen sense of "Servicing the Customer". Thank you again Tom and Team for a great job and FANTASTIC customer service. Regards,Guy G. Gray

I bid On items In their April 5th Yeti auction. I was successful on 6 items totaling over $800.00. I received 3 of the 6 items and other 3 never arrived. Long story short, the Auction Mill told me that I had to deal with the shipper (which they set up) and the shipper said they only had 3 items. The Auction Mill never delivered over $300 worth of auction items and would not refund my money. Also, Proxibid did nothing to help. Don't go on their auctions!

Sadly, I cannot give the Auction Mill and its owner, Tom Millie, even one star (but am forced to give at least one star in order to post this). Here's why: I contacted Mr. Millie on Nov. 11 by phone. We discussed his handling the sale of a few remaining items from my mother's estate. He mentioned including them in a January sale. The conversation went well, and my siblings and I agreed to use his services. I followed up with him by Email three times and by phone three times. NO REPLY. I stressed the need to hear from him very soon since I would need to buy a ticket to fly into Omaha to meet him and transfer the items. NO REPLY. I even pleaded in one voice message that , if he no longer wished to assist us with the sale of these items, could he give us the basic courtesy of simply saying so. NO REPLY. I called his office once and spoke to someone who said he was busy, but obviously not in the hospital or involved in another emergency. Busy is no excuse for failing to return a client's Email or call for weeks. If this is the type of customer service provided by Auction Mill, I am glad we did not proceed. Would likely have been a big mistake. I hope this company learns to treat clients with more respect in the future.
