I'm not Gordon Ramsay but most of what I have eaten there has tasted great. That's where the good things end.I have never gone and not gotten food poisoningThe front of house are very rude. This is the best Asian smorgasbord in North America! The staff says there might be a better one in Las Vegas. But I doubt it!Asian Buffet has all-you-can-eat potstickers! That alone is worth the the price of admission! Do you know how much it would cost me to pay for all the potstickers I ate there if I ordered them from a regular Chinese restaurant??? It would cost a fortune. And I love potstickers! Who doesn't?I usually don't like Japanese food mixed in with Chinese food -- as if they are somehow the same thing. But the sushi at Asian Buffet is so good I have to make an exception: They have really good sushi. Not just the filler junk you usually see, but multiple kinds of crab, and all the other good stuff!Asian Buffet doesn't just have the bland Chinese food that other buffets usually fill-out their selection with. They have Crab and Shrimp and Singapore rice noodles (mǐfěn), and -- one of my favorites -- SESAME BALLS. They even have tapioca pudding and pizza for the kids!Asian Buffet has been open for 8 years, but the enthusiasm of the staff seems like they just opened yesterday, and are vying to provide you with today's exemplary culinary experience. And they do! They not only provide you with all you can eat of some of the best Chinese dishes ever made, but on top of that, they even provide bottomless Pepsi which -- to someone like me who is addicted to caffeine with bubbles -- is AMAZING!I love this place! I'm so glad I discovered it!

The service is great, they're quick and so efficient! My parents and I come here at least twice a month, the food is always fresh and hot! We go on Sundays and it is always packed which I don't know how they squeeze us all in! But the clams and seafood are great!

Every time I visit my brother and his wife here in Nebraska this is the spot to go! All the buffet items are so good. My favorite item is the coconut shrimp! Many other items were great such as... baked clams, salt and pepper shrimp, Rangoon, Mongolian beef, and sushi bar was fresh. I even enjoyed the chocolate, cookies & cream and butter pecan ice creams for dessert!! Thank you to the gentleman that gave us great table service!!! Highly recommend this place. Yum!

Gross. Hands down the single worst Chinese buffet We've ever experienced in our lives. Even the fried rice was bad. How can you make fried rice taste bad on such a large scale? It felt like they took regular brown rice and put vegetables and some MSG in and called it a day. Even staples like beef and broccoli were off. The steamed clams didn't taste bad, at least. It took us 10 minutes to cut our losses and peace out.I thought this place used to be at least decent. Either I have a bad memory or it's gone down the tubes in the last 2 years.I regret trying sushi because I'm low key afraid I'm going to get sick from something that didn't even taste good. But I had to give everything a chance. Stay away.

The food is not bad depending on what time you show up, sometimes fresh and sometimes tastes like the food has been sitting under an heat lamp for hours. The place is always busy and somewhat dirty on the floors, very dull inside. Very large selection of Chinese dishes, Mongolian grill, sushi and American, lots of deserts. If your in the mood to eat a ton at a cheap price in a not so nice atmosphere then stop by.

This is a tough one. I appreciate a good buffet like any glutton, but the food and service here at Asian Buffet could use a lot of work. Most buffets, especially Chinese ones are less likely to make either a priority, but typically the food quantity, group friendly atmosphere, and affordable prices tend trump all. That seems to be the case here at the literal-termed Asian Buffet.Sadly, a buffet is usually only as good as its food. I realize most buffets like this aren't gunning for high quality anything, but it was difficult to appreciate much of the hot food fare because so much of it was either too salty, too overcooked, or something was off. Much of this is standard Americanized Chinese fare, which works well I suppose for this neck of the woods, but would be subject to doomsday in any major Asian community. I would also venture for them to stop calling their noodle soup "pho" when it's clearly just a noodle soup with broth.The sushi was definitely the least appealing of the bunch. There were a number of rolls out there, not so much on the nigiri side or handroll action, but they were all strange in design and funky to the core. A lot of imitation crab and such, but this is nothing new for places like this.I think the only semi-saving grace on a food scale was the hibachi. Customize one's (semi-frozen) meats with noodles / rice, peppers, with a smattering of soy sauce. sesame oil, and veggies was surprisingly okay.Every table has sriracha bottles and the plastic cups are the oversized ones that hold a ton of liquid. I can appreciate their setup and layout, but I've seen better execution on the food front in other similarly themed places. Fingers crossed they bump it up a notch.

Nice selection. Food was all very fresh and hot that should be. Overall very taken care of and was a pleasure to dine here

Absolutely love this place I stop every time I'm in Lincoln never had a bad experience food is always hot and delicious wait staff is friendly and the prices are decent

am not playing thins food was the greatest food in the universe. I ascended and seen God when I first took a bite of their sushi and clams. I also enjoyed their food bar and snacks ice cream great the service was also great.
