Ashley's Pet Spa

I will NEVER let Ashley touch my dogs EVER AGAIN. I dropped my sweet little dog off and when I went to pick her up, she was frantic. I noticed her eyes were blood red. I took her to the vet and was told she had bruising all over her head and face. she is lucky I didn't sue her.

Our pup has been getting her hair cuts at Ashley's Pet Spa for about 2 years now, ever since we moved to the Omaha area. They staff are all very pleasant and our pup looks great after her appointments. This is a very busy pet spa, so be sure to make your booking in advance if you need a weekend appointment. Also, they don't take credit card, so be sure to carry cash or your check book!

Over the weekend my cat got into some scentsy wax and I tried to get it out at home but it was a nightmare. Saturday morning I called every place in the area and everyone was booked up or said they wouldn't be able to help me. Finally, I called Ashley's and she said to bring her on in and they would get the wax out. When I brought her down she was in and out in no time and they miraculously got the wax out from the tail and told me no charge! I was very impressed and decided to take my cat back today when they had more time to have her shaved. I know my cat is a lunatic and it was not easy but she looks great, 1000 times better. Great prices and friendly! Will be going back for sure.

I have been using Ashley's for 11 years now. I am very very pleased at the service my babies receive. 3 go in looking nasty, 3 come out looking like champs. They listen to how I want my dogs cut, and I have never been disappointed. She is very popular, at times it's hard to get in, but she is worth the wait. I always say, plan ahead don't wait until the last minute, good groomers are difficult to get in at last minute.

I took my dog once, and while I was not blown away, I was at least satisfied with the service and grooming. I would have returned, but happened to notice on Google that all but two of the reviews were negative. That alone might not have swayed me, as I know that no service-related business can please everybody, but of the two positive reviewers, one actually admitted to being the owner, who rudely publicly berated one of her detractors with fiery insults and unfortunate grammar. Even if I were interested in going against the flow of negative reviews, I'm not interested in supporting a business where the owner is tactless enough to do something as unprofessional as that. This is the age where online presence dictates perception, and if a business owner is OK with that, I'm not going to find out what other questionable behavior he or she is OK with.

Just left this business feeling more satisfied than I could have asked for. I was in the area with a dog in desperate need of a nail trim and they got me in immediately, took great care of her, had us in and out in 5 minutes.... And charged $3!! I will be back here!

the staff here are helpful and receptive to what you request. They were also very kind enough to board our doggy as I was unable to pick her up when her service was complete. they did not charge me for this boarding. prices here are reasonable.

Ashley always does a great job with Cooper and KC! I highly recommend her. She has been very patient with Cooper who doesn't like going to the groomer and KC who is afraid of the groomers!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We brought our mini Australian Shepard here and they clearly do not know how an Australian Shepard is supposed to be cut. They SHAVED her belly. Once we got home we also noticed blood on my husbands shoe. Her toe was bleeding terribly! Do your research before coming here, we will NEVER be returning.

We have used Ashley's for about 10 years now. I love how helpful they are, they listen to what you want for your pet. The thing I love the most is the pets are not kenneled unless they get aggressive. I think they are reasonably priced. Many complain it's hard to get an appointment right away, but I never experienced that, it might be due to the fact I plan on when grooming is needed, or I make the next appointment right away when I pick up my fur baby.
