Art F/X Screen Printing & Embroiodery

Unbelievably negative experience. No customer service acumen. I simply inquired as to pricing, and was met with total disdain. The price could not be determined, until 'AFTER' the job was completed. Does the phrase, "Buying a pig, in a poke." sound familiar. It would appear as if they are only interested in bulk orders, of at least 100 items. I won't darken their doorsteps, again.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and an example in poor customer service. After waiting two months for my item (and hearing numerous excuses for the delays that were everyone else's fault except this company), I requested a full refund for the item I never received. I was told I'd get my refund in 5-7 days. Twenty days later still no refund. Deal with this customer at your own risk.

Absolutely Recommend!! Matt Sherril with whom I worked, was as nice and eager to work with me as possible. He was nothing but kind, energetic, and would help me with anything I needed no matter how small without question.I would suggest going to Matt Sherril as much as possible for any embroidery needs, as I will do so continuing forward. 5 stars.

Getting one item embroidered by Art Fx was the worst experience ever. From the lady, who seemed to be under the influence, in the office when I dropped the item off to the guy that shipped it to the wrong person and address when they finally got around to completing it. The entire experience was a nightmare.
