Arrow Towing

I got a flat and needed my car towed and called Arrow towing. They forgot to enter my car in and I called two hours later to check in. I believe our towing guy said the office was short staffed. They were apologetic, rushed our tow, and gave us a slight discount and fair price. I wasn't in a time sensitive situation and they did make it right.

I had to call Triple A as my car took a crap. I spoke with Triple A and they scheduled to get my car towed with Arrow Towing.Arrow showed up about an hour later, (it was a Saturday). The gentlemen, can't remember his name, was awesome. He was super nice and accommodating and his truck was a modern towing truck, and looked new and very clean.He got my car on his tow truck in less than 5 minutes and even dropped it off for me, and placed my keys in the drop box, at my go to mechanics' shop.Overall, this guy was awesome and will definitely use them for towing from now on.

I love this place!! The owner is great well the whole towing family they have there. Plus, my boyfriend works there and they've been great with anything we ever need.

I got in a car accident yesterday. The driver of the other vehicle ("Robert") called Arrow Towing and tried to bribe them into towing my vehicle AND his vehicle before the cops could show up, He knew that the police would have a hard time determining which party was at fault if the vehicles were removed from the scene. Sean from Arrow would not be bought. When Sean drove up with the tow truck, he immediately came up to me and told me how "Robert' offered him $100 to tamper with the evidence. Sean said to let him know if there were any future legal proceedings because he would testify against the other party. He also took pictures of the accident with his phone and sent them to me! Sean was very thorough and really took great care in sweeping up the bits and pieces of my car that had broken off in the street. And he was very friendly and easy to talk to. When I had questions about the towing process, he was quick to get back to me via text. I was very impressed with Sean. He represents Arrow Towing well. I don't have any doubt that my car is going to be safe in his tow yard. I highly recommend Arrow Towing.

I will never let Arrow towing even think about helping me out again. I was in a wreck Monday morning and could not get it towed until late evening. Truck arrived and said they would need one more truck and lane closed and that AAA would not pay for two trucks. Wrong answer

never ever use this buisness. they will rip you off very crooked. also they only accept cash for payment. hmmmm.. wonder why that is....

Helped us out on a Saturday morning to get our rv towed home. Did a great job and affordable.

the time before this I called them that my car was broke down (engine blow), in the middle of sub division in west omaha. "No problem, he'll call you when he's on his way." Hour later, nothing. I called back, "there have been alot of wrecks." So much for BIGGEST FLEET IN THE AREA. I called Neff, 30 mins, they were there. Called yesterday to have my mom's car towed from Neola to Minden, Iowa, 5 miles. Tow truck guy called this morning and said it's going to be $250. For a 5 mile tow? " We have to drive out there", 17 miles. I called Dave Lyon in Underwood, $80. Arrow was going to charge $170 to drive 17 miles, really Brad? BIGGEST FLEET IN THE AREA. Things gotten so bad/good you can screw people over? Last time I call you and I'll tell everybody I can to go else where. What a disappoint you've become Brad.

I got stuck on the road in Omaha on a HORRIBLE weather day and Arrow Towing totally saved my b*tt. They were great: came pretty fast under the circumstances, and could not have been nicer. I wish I had asked for names so I could thank them personally. So I will just have to say thank you with a 5 star review :) .
