Came in town for a wedding for my friend who held it here - because of their religious backgrounds, they needed a non-denominational space so this fit the bill. As a venue space, it's kind of odd. I can see it being super popular in the summer months because there is an outdoor gazebo style area that would be beautiful for a wedding. The indoor portion was laid out oddly, and it made it really awkward for the wedding party to try to move out of the way so folks on the sides could see something other than our butts. The dressing room is connected to the women's restroom through a stall - which is also super odd. The bridal party made jokes about Harry Potter and Moaning Myrtle the entire wedding.Because the wedding and the reception were being held in the same space, it was a little weird after the ceremony to get pictures organized since the reception was going on literally two feet away. But once we did that and got settled in, the tables and decorations were nice. The food wasn't good though - roast beef was totally overcooked and completely lacked flavor, as were the vegetables. Luckily there was a tasty salad and some pork meatballs early on that were delicious, so I filled up on both of those two things. I got the feeling the staff wanted nothing to do with us and were just waiting for us to leave. Fairly terse and unwelcoming in general. Especially toward the end of the reception you could tell they were all just anxious to shove us out the door. Not exactly the best on that front. So for the event, it worked and the lovely families joining together made it a magical day -- but they didn't really get much of an assist from the layout, execution or staff of the venue.

We were invited to a wedding here, and after reading these Yelp reviews it made me wonder if we should eat elsewhere before the wedding.I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. The ceremony took place outdoors in a nicely decorated area with plenty of seats for guests. The inside is a bit of a "L" shape, so folks on one side couldn't see the dance floor as well as others. I didn't pay for the event or work with the folks at Arbor Hall, so I am only reviewing my visit here. The food was buffet style and included salad, rolls, chicken breasts, roast beef, mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. I have to say my first glance at the roast beef made me think it was going to be the typical dried out roast beef served at past weddings but tried it anyway. Wow...it was seriously some of the best and juiciest roast beef that I've had. The mashed potatoes were delish, steamy hot and creamy. The fresh green beans were great, and they make their own ranch dressing for the salad and many at my table raved about it. The chicken breasts were served in a sauce and were good as well. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the bar. Only one bar made the waiting in line a bit long, but the house vodka which at first was free, was something I never heard of, but I could pay $4 for a premium drink. I did just that and the "premium" vodka was Barton Vodka! Ick. I spotted Gray Goose on their shelf and was told that was $7. Ouch. The worst part was that seriously they gave you LESS than a one ounce shot in each drink. Even the $7 drink I bought was seriously watered down. Probably typical for these rental halls as I experienced the same thing at a different venue a couple of weeks ago. Not saying it's okay, just typical.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here 6 years ago. We paid in advance and that was a huge mistake. They shut our bar, full bar we paid for, a half an hour early. They cut off our wedding party after 2 drinks. The owner chastised a mother for bringing ritz crackers to her one year old. This place is such a mess. I'm still upset about it 6 years later. Grrrr. Angry. If you have reception, expect to get screwed over.

Arbor Hall is the best! The Omaha Metro Women's Club has at least 2 luncheons a year here and the atmosphere and the food and service are wonderful. Arbor Hall is run by 2 young sisters, Rachel and Molly, and they will work with you on a menu. They have a printed menu but will be creative and work with you. They have always been accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We will be back - more than once!

My husband and I can't say enough great things about working with Arbor Hall for our wedding earlier this year. The planning process was smooth, the venue was beautiful and allowed for many personal touches, and our guests are STILL raving about the food and experience they had. The owners took care of every detail, the buffet went faster than I've ever seen at a wedding, and the bar line went quickly. We wanted a one-stop shop when it came to wedding planning- and that's what we got. The ceremony, DJ, food, and cake were all included in our package for a very competitive price for the Omaha market. We have since attended another wedding at Arbor Hall which was also wonderful, and I'm currently planning a company event to be held there. The customization available and the organized and accommodating nature of the owners definitely makes me want to make Arbor Hall my go-to for future event planning.

Reading the Yelp hate, I had to laugh. I was the bride at a wedding last year and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I wouldn't recommend it for a ceremony and reception venue just because the layout is awkward for that, but as far as receptions go, my family still talks about how great it was. The food, the staff, the decorations, these guys have it on lockdown. The sisters who own it, Molly and Rachel, made everything smooth from beginning to end. They handled the food, drinks, cake, decor, DJ, basically a majority of those little details you have to pull together. Once we got to the venue, everyone got to sit back, relax, and let them run the show. If you want it, they can do it, and at exceptionally reasonable prices. It was a beautiful night, the food was amazing (we had the salmon, but the herb-crusted chicken was a close second choice), and we all got to have a great time. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Molly, Rachel, and Levi (and his son) were fantastic! Tyler and I's special day went so smoothly in no small part because of them. The food was phenomenal, the cake was incredible, Molly did a great job with setting up the decorations and putting the flowers together. Levi and his son checked in with Tyler and I regularly to make sure we were doing okay and letting us know when we would be needed on the dance floor. 12/10, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this venue! Molly and Rachel are amazing to work with. They are responsive to emails and go above and beyond to make sure your wedding goes flawlessly. We chose this venue specifically because they offer the venue, food, drinks, cake, officiant services, and decorations. Having all of these services run through one person took away all of the headache and stress of planning the wedding. We used their officiant, Levi, and he did a wonderful job with our ceremony. Rachel's food and cake was delicious! We got compliments from all of our guests on how great the food and cake were. Rachel was able to accommodate our vegetarian and gluten free guests, which they really appreciated. Molly was wonderful in her assistance with wedding preparations questions and she was there on the big day to make sure the ceremony and reception went smoothly. Everything about our big day at Arbor Hall was perfect. We used the inside ceremony space and took pictures outside in the beautiful garden. This venue is a great spot for a hassle and stress free wedding!

have been to Arbor Hall numerous times and have never once been disappointed. it is a first class venue. Arbor Hall is run by Two young women Molly and Rachel. The club I belong to has at least two events here every year. Arnor Hall is always decorated very nicely when we come in but the best thing is the food! the event we had a few weeks ago we had pork tenderloin and you didn't need a knife it was so tender. There were cheesy potatoes, fresh vegetable, salad and rolls. Cupcakes too! My golf league has had our outings here also which have more of a barbecue theme. Molly and Rachel give you AAA treatment when you are here.

Absolutely amazing! My cousin got married here and it was beautiful. They all work hard and you never see a dirty dish left on a table for long. The food is amazing and the venue is very clean!
