This is an okay swim school. I believe it's a little over priced, $160 for two kids per month for 25-30 minute lessons. We had a few issues over the few months we did lessons, but overall it was just okay. The instructors are good, but not great; most of them look to be in high school. They do offer free lessons through email which we did take part in to get extra time in. As any monthly membership be sure to cancel at least a month in advance to avoid wasting any money. We needed to switch days and times and that was easy. If you're in this area, it's not all bad, but it's not my first choice. Also not its in a super busy strip mall, with barely any parking.

I'm very frustrated with Aqua-Tots. We had a great experience here for about a year (mid 2021-mid 2022) with our now 3 year old. She had a consistent coach with each level and they seemed to keep on schedule well. Since then we have struggled to keep her on their schedule and had to call nearly weekly because she was removed from her class. While that's frustrating enough, she was also being juggled from one instructor to another and the trust our daughter had in these random coaches declined. We took her out of classes for about 6-8 months and just signed back up with our 3 year old and now our 10 month old. Registration fee and paying for 2 kids and we got there for our first classes (5-10 mins early) and neither of their names were called, even though both of their classes had started (with different instructors than they had listed).. it took my husband and I going up, separately, and saying, "hey her class was supposed to start 10 mins ago..?", for them to finally try to figure it out for us. So we missed 15 mins of a 30 min class for our 3 year old and 10 mins of a 30 min class for our 10 month old. I was in the pool with my 10 month old and the instructor clearly didn't want to be there (the infant class used to teach songs and talk about the epiglottis when putting babies under water.. none of that happened). We left frustrated. Now today.. checking in on our classes for next week, both of my daughters have been removed from their classes.. no notification.. no phone call. So if we show up this next week will they even be allowed in the classes we are paying for?!

This place completely sucks. They cancel all the time and don't tell us until we're here. We've had one lesson in the last two months that wasn't canceled, and we get no compensation.

It was okay. Maybe if I hadn't been to other places to compare it'd be fine, even. But ultimately after only one lesson Aquatots simply isn't for us. The changing rooms were good, as they're what I'll call "gender neutral"... really just an open area with several small curtained spaces to change. Then there are restrooms as separate "girls" and "boys" spaces. But hand washing and lockers are all together. I wonder if there are enough fixtures for everyone during peak usage times. When we arrived on a Tuesday evening, the place was totally packed with lessons and observers. The floors were wet. And it was a little intimidating (in a busy way) for newcomers. Though the staff were very accommodating to all of my questions. The biggest and potentially most important thing to know about Aqua Tots was something I didn't understand until seeing it... there were multiple lessons taking place simultaneously. How many lessons... I can't be sure. But it was so loud inside the swim area I couldn't even hear the instructor over all the other screaming kids and lessons. With me having lots of trouble hearing and my son being the youngest in our class, it just wasn't the right atmosphere.

I can't express how much I appreciate Aqua-Tots. I learned how to swim as a 25-year-old adult. They were so gracious and really adapted the class to exactly what I need. I had no experience with swimming and was embarrassingly scared--but after a few months of lessons I was able to go snorkeling on the reef of Hondurus on my honeymoon!

They can't keep employees because they have no organization. No leaders - and are not properly trained. People are putting their kids in danger when dropping them off here. They kept my son's last pay check and have excuses for not getting him his W2 They won't return calls. Guess it's time for an attorney.

Aqua tots in Omaha Nebraska refuses to give me a refund that they promised me back in June 16, 2020. I made an appointment for fastrack lessons for my granddaughter who was visiting us for the summer, and then found out my son already enrolled her somewhere else when I called to tell him. So I called back to cancel within an hr of registration of the classes that didn't start for 21 days. I was told I would receive a full refund minus the 25$ registration fee, so 165$. I was told that on 3 different occasions over the next 14 days that I called because the refund had not posted. "We apologise, we're behind on giving our refunds and things are very hectic" was the story I heard over and over, as well as a manager will be calling you. Now here we are 5 months later, still no calls or emails or refund and the new manager (I wonder why) insists that I was contacted and told I would not be receiving a refund by the previous manager (pass the buck) because it's in the notes. I told her that I had never been contacted by anyone there by phone or email and told I was NOT getting a refund. Matter of fact until today, I've not EVER even received a call back that I was promised multiple times, and I have the emails and phone records to prove it. Well too bad for me, because even less than an hr after registration and you need to cancel, you're screwed for hundreds of dollars. Nice to know in the middle of a pandemic when people are losing their job's and can barely afford to feed themselves that aqua tots only cares about Iining their pockets. This wasn't a case of me trying to cancel late or last minute, it was 21 days in advance and within an hr of me calling to register in the first place You could literally go in their right now and pay, walk out the door, turn around and walk back in and cancel, and they won't give you a damn dime of your money back, period. So they filled their class AND made even more money for students that didn't even attend This company doesn't deserve your business because all you are to them is a paycheck. Please share, please contact them and post about this. This is not ok to run a business like this.

My boys have swam here for two years. They have made incredible strides in their swimming abilities!! The teachers are top notch, and really make the experience here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the locker room area is really dirty most of the time, especially the floors. The lobby area and pool area are much cleaner. Overall we love Aqua Tots!!!!
