I called yesterday to get someone to fix my dryer that wasn't working and a repairman came out that afternoon and fixed it! Great service, great repairman. Have used them before to fix my refrigerator and had great service.Will call them again when I need a repairman.

We needed to have a reliable inspection and Andy's technician performed a thorough inspection and replaced the oven door gasket.Extremely reasonable price for the service call and gas charge. Several; days ago I called Andy's to get my washer repaired. When I called to make an appointment, I was told it would cost approx $200 per visit. I was able to explain exactly what was wrong as another repair person discovered the problem and was explaining what was wrong with the washer. Then Tues. am they called and said they need to move the first visit up to tues and the second when the part came in and when I asked, what two trip, "yes so we can put eyes on it. No one wanted to say that they would not charge for both trips, as the Tues call seemed to infer that service calls were charged for every trip. Now when I complained, they are un happy that I am not happy with them.

Paid for someone to come out and for the new part they suggested we needed. A few months later the same part "broke" and after doing my own research realized the technician did not fix it properly therefore causing the washing machine to never work correctly. Called and wanted someone to come back but they were going to charge me another $119 for something that wasn't my fault or the appliance. No thanks

I didn't have a problem with the actual warranty work done by the techs on my Fisher & Paykel, but over 2 months after the service date, I was called by Nathan H. from Andy's Appliance Repair asking for my range's model and serial #. Strange. So, I looked for it, was able to find the model but not the serial. Nathan insisted it was by the hinges, which it was not. I went out of my way to go through boxes of paperwork to try to find the number, and I did find it and texted it. When Nathan called again I stated I just texted it and you will have to send someone out to the house again if that's not acceptable. At this point, 2 months after the fact, this is a waste of my time. A few minutes later, I received an invoice over email with nothing but a write up of how "rude" I was: "Customer was really rude and said she texted a pic of model and serial."

Called them out to repair my ice maker, ended up ripping some wires out in the process. Refused to fix it and make it right. Had to go buy a new unit out of my pocket. Very disappointed. Also tech did a lot of cursing.

They came out said it was a warranty which would take 6 hours and over 2000 dollars and charged me over 100.00 even though they did nothing called warranty people they sent out person that fixed it in an hour and is now working fine I think they just wanted the service charge

Nathan from St Louis Andy's Appliance diagnosed problem, ordered part, and fixed our Bosch washer in 2 visits in Sept 2022. Bosch customer service center recommended another St Louis appliance company who said our Bosch 800 series washer was unrepairable after 3 visits, 2 parts, and over a 5 month time frame. We were so thrilled since our washer was over a year old and a $1500 washer. We will use Andy's Appliance for all of our appliance repairs. Kuddos to Nathan from Andy's Appliance center
