After totalling my wife's car we found the perfect one here. The Good:The salesrep, Paul, was very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted and did an amazing job throughout the selection process. He took time out on 2 different occasions to go over everything about the vehicle as well as the cash and financing options with us.The Bad:Once we decided on the vehicle and agreed on a price, it still took almost 3 hours to go through the paperwork. This was a bit ridiculous as I have purchased cars in the past and it can go as fast as 30 minutes. There were a couple things we wanted fixed on our vehicle after we purchased it, which were written in the sales contract. It has now been 2 weeks and we are getting the run around and it is becoming very frustrating. This does not make us feel like valued customers at all, however more like a number to make the dales quota. The Ugly Truth:If we come back here to get another car, we will set s 1 hour time limit and if it's not done by then we will walk out and fine what we want elsewhere. Also I will make sure that any remaining open items will be completed within 1 week on the contract or it will be void. I have no tolerance for people dragging their feet. Great at first but very disappointed in the end...

Anderson Ford Auto Connection is supposed to help buyers with low credit get into a vehicle not sell them a lemon that will die after 200 miles. The 2011 Buick Enclave purchased for $7500 CASH needed a headlight assembly and starter right off the bat ($1000) then it quit due to no oil, empty coolant reservoiur, dead battery and damaged crank...this to people who can lease afford a $7500 loss. The best thing you can do help this is NOT to tell us you will pass the information along hoping we will go away but to take the vehicle back and give credit towards another vehicle that will help this family of 6!!!! Bad Business Mike Anderson!!!!Turns out the Buick has a damaged crank due to no oil empty coolant res and dead battery $7000 for new motor not to mention the numerous towing fees.

I brought in my 2018 Ford Explorer hoping that they could figure out a noise that the car was making. They then started saying that it was going to cost almost $1000 to fix it, but when I brought to Sid Dillon the other day they only estimated about $400, then when I tried to get out of the deal with Ford Anderson, they started arguing with me. Overall Never go here, if you're just trying to get a simple task done.

Got a nice bolt (and washer!) in my tire on a cross country trip. Luckily we were exiting in Lincoln, NE for our hotel and the clerk recommended this place, also called the Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, part of Anderson Ford. A+++ experience!About an hour and a half for the patch, 19.99 all in AND a free car wash. The staff was friendly, approachable and went above and beyond. I have one of those key fobs where the key flips out from the base. It has been sticking and not flipping out easily for a long time- Annoying but never got around to doing anything about it. While waiting for the repair to be done, the service tech was holding my keys and it turned out he was fixing them without me asking! If you have to get a flat, this is the place to do it!

Was on a cross country trip in my electric Ford Mustang Mach E. When trying to charge nearby, I got a warning message on my dash...SERVICE NOW. I went to Anderson Ford for help. After taking 45 minutes to get a service reps attention, I was told I could leave it for several days and someone would look at it. I asked if it could be checked out on the computer to make sure the electronics were ok. They didn't have the right computer for the MME. I then asked if the car could be put on the charger to see if it would still charge. Fortunately it did, and I made it home to California. Very disappointing that the dealer was clueless about the MME even though the rep said they had sold several and the lack of willingness to be of help. I will place most of the blame on Ford not making sure the dealers had trained service people, but Anderson Ford shares in the blame for their "don't care" attitude.

After my husband totaled my very first (one and only) brand new car we were searching for a new vehicle!! We knew what we wanted when we went in because the internet is amazing.. Husband went and drove it the day before and loved it.. Made it there after 5 pm and it took quite awhile to get the negotiation done and out the door pushing 9 pm.. Two weeks out and we are still waiting for an item to be fixed that was agreed upon during purchase which is pretty annoying.. The sales man was great and the loan guy was pretty cool too. Would be a 5 star but it is very frustrating that they are not able to give us a timetable of when this item will be fixed...

Purchased a used F-150 last week from salesman Wayne Hamell, he is one of the newer salesman at the location and you can tell he is eager to please and make your buying experience pleasant, We chatted during my test drive and we have similar backgrounds in the restaurant business and both have transitioned out and loving our new schedules. I do live in Bellevue and my truck was not quite ready to drive off the lot so Wayne delivered it to me in Bellevue and drove my trade in back. Process was smooth and I would recommended Wayne @ Anderson Ford for any vehicle purchase!

I am very disappointed in Anderson Ford of Lincoln. I have owned my 2012 Ford Fusion for about 4 years now and have kept it in very good condition. Just the other day as I was driving on a 45 mph road, my electric power steering system completely shut down and I was unable to steer. It's actually a miracle I was able to pull over to the side of the road as smoothly as I did. Upon having my car towed to the shop, I found out that there was a recall on my power steering system that I was NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT. When I called Ford to arrange a time to fix it, they claimed the last day to fix that recall was December 17th, 2021. I "missed the deadline" by roughly 3 weeks and they said there was nothing I could do except pay $2k out of pocket to get it fixed, despite the fact they never notified me about the steering system recall. Sounds like a scam if you ask me. I'm sure this would be a different story if I was on the interstate driving 80 mph, lost control due to a sudden steering shutdown, and was severely injured. Matter of fact, sounds like a hefty lawsuit. Evidently the safety of their customers is negligible as long as I can pay them $2k to fix the power steering. Unfortunately for you guys, I took my car somewhere else to get the steering fixed because you don't deserve an ounce of my money. I'd give them no stars if possible, but even Yelp gives out more than this dealership.

Beware anderson ford in general, they are not supported by ford corporate. I contacted ford corporate and they would have nothing to do with the lack of ability and honesty anderson ford has, despite evidence of pics and emails. My problems started at their south location (see my review for anderson ford south) and continued with no help at the north location. I brought my car to anderson north because of damage done by south and specifically told the shop manager that I had problems with the manager at the south store due to his lying, refusing to give all info, and lack of ability. She didn't tell me he was the manager there too. She refused to fix all damage done by the south store and refused to comment on the quality of work, you go to body shops specifically for their opinion. She left trash in my trunk, even though one reason I brought it back was to clean the mess south left. I asked for a pic of the problem why the rear camera didn't work and she sent a pic of a cable out of the car with no context or explanation. I'm not sure if she is that dumb or that shadey. The only thing she did was put the lining around the tail lights back in, which south left out and partly realign the bumper which south was unable to line up correctly. It still doesn't line up well. She did also correct the rear view, but the light for it occasionally flickers, never did before. She somehow messed up the trunk light which worked before but now doesn't. She, like south, refused to answer questions such as contact info for head manager at the south store and who did the window tint. If you're not as terrible as I say you are anderson, put the name and contact info of the window tint place you guys took my car to in reply. Ask around to people who have lived in Lincoln for awhile and many will have a nightmare story of anderson ford.
