We just got here and so far not impressed by any means. I'm disappointed I didn't wait until three pm for another hotel at the same rate. The outside is in bad shape and the inside just as much maybe even worse. The lady at the front was not very friendly. Disgusting, expensive, and crack heads everywhere u look.

Had a 2 full bed room. One bed had a blanket on it and the other one didn't. The refrigerator was unplugged and not ready to keep our brought beverages cold. Tv was unplugged and had to move the furniture to find out where to plug it in, and had to be reconfigured. Went to call the front desk from the room phone, and there was no cord to even attach it to the wall. Went down to front desk to ask for a phone cord, a TV station guide, and a phone book. We drove 6 hours for a funeral, our phones were almost dead. This was important. I needed a shower, but I waited, and waited, for 45 minutes. I had little bit of juice in my cell by this time and called the front desk from my phone. Was told I could come down and pick it up. I went to the front desk and got the tv channel guide printed on the back of someone else's invoice. No phone book, no phone cord. Finally, a guy showed up with the phone cord. They offered a free hot breakfast from 6am-10am. NOT A THING! Continental breakfast from 6:30-10:30. Beds are old, and hard. A bug was rushing in and out of the radio alarm clock. No lie. If my phone at the time had charged, I would have posted pics. I stayed in room #100. My brother, by coincidence stayed there too because of the location of the funeral home and when I visited his room, he didn't even have working lighting in the bathroom #107. You get what you pay for, but this place needs invest in their own business and get it together.

I called a lady before I booked with Hotels.com to ask if they had a lower level room. She told me she was full. I told her that Hotels.com showed one room available. I wanted to know if a lower level room was available. She told me she can't say. I needed to go by what Hotels.com showed. They don't show what level room is available only if one is available or not. So I booked the room anyway hoping a ground level room would be available. It was thankfully because I walk with a cane after having knee surgery. The parking lot was very poorly plowed after a snow storm so parking was very difficult. She called my room a little while after I moved in my things to tell me that I was not parked in a designated spot and that she thought I would have canceled my booking because parking was not really available for an R V I was driving and towing my car behind. I was able to park close to my room and still leave room for traffic to pass including fire or ambulance if need be. Fortunately she didn't call me back and the world didn't come to an end because of how I was parked.

This place is disgusting.. Bed bugs galore.. Druggies running around.. They advertise $45 for a room.. But then charge you more at check in.. False advertisement ... I will never stay here again... The television is small as hell.. Totally ridiculous

Nite manager is rude calls after midnight gives me 10 mins to move my truck or would to it then argument began after I made him aware of the manager the nite before approved the spot .Then threaten with ending my stay.very rude unprofessional.an simply trashy this is how they thank a quieter mind your own kinda customer.i would avoid at all costs

This motel is not good. It only deserves a one star review because it is nasty on the floor.

Inflexible cancelation policy when they can't give you what you ordered. Walked past a dude smoking weed out side room. Clerk was unhelpful and snide. Best give this one a miss

Lemme go ahead and say, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars, I would, this place was disgusting. When we first saw the place, they had an advertisement for $50 a night, but it ended up being $70, and that was even before we changed our room to a 2 bed, so the price is a blatant lie. Instead of wasting your time telling a story, I'll just tell you what we saw so you know why you should never go here. The rooms say "No smoking," but both rooms we went in smelled of smoke, both rooms has disgusting bathrooms that looked like they were never cleaned, the room we ended up "upgrading to" was even worse. Apart from the two aforementioned issues, the refrigerator was full of mold, there was a roach trap behind the fridge, I watched a roach run across the bathroom floor, there was dried semen on my comforter, the bathroom door had some unknown fluid splattered all across it, and last but not least, I found a hidden camera on the mirror, which faces you as you leave the bathroom. Never in my life have I or the person I stayed with stayed in a worse room. Please, spend the extra money and go somewhere else. This is not worth worth your money at all.

This place had bed bugs and roaches. They gave the money back but that didn't really matter. They have very bad looking customers on the lot. Just pay a few dollars more

i stayed here last night, when i went to shower this morning there were bugs all over the bathroom and when i went to go explain the situation to the receptionist she said that's something house keeping would have to determine before issuing anything to reciprocate for a filthy room. there are food stains on the walls in the closet, bugs all over the bathroom and by the fridge, the tv cut out the entire night, and a rude staff who doesn't care about the customers. would never recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a clean environment with a friendly staff. if there was an option for zero stars i would put that in. save the extra $20 a night and stay across the street at the super 8 they are way friendlier, cleaner, and provide a breakfast
