Amazing Lash Studio

My daughter went to the studio. Was convinced to get a membership. she then put her membership on pause and they still charged her $179. When she tried to dispute it, they claim she never put it on pause. It was a cluster instead of coming to an agreement. Their solution was give me half my money back and still lose the other half or get credit even though she wasn't happy with the Lashes and didn't want to continue at the salon. They were rude both the manager, and I never got a chance to speak to the owner. We had to dispute it with my credit card and had to go through a whole hassle.

The Manager of the store refunded the foaming eyelash wash, and called me today, to check to see how the return went. She eas so polite and wanted to extend her apologies, and welcome me back for a full set when my lashes are stronger and healthier. I

The girls at the salon are welcoming from the moment you enter to the moment you leave! Jazmin is an amazing lash artist along with the other girls there! I drive 1.5hrs to get my lashes done and won't go anywhere else!

I went to this studio for their introductory offer for eyelash extensions. Every employee I came in contact with was kind, friendly, and professional.I got a full set and I followed every single rule. Never rubbed my eyes, no oil based cleansers, didn't get them wet for 24hrs, etc.On day 7 I went snd had them remover the last few remaining. Every extension had fallen out except 3-4 on each eye.So, even with the special offer, (after tip) I paid $100+ for about 5 days worth of lashes (by day 7 they looked ridiculous since there were so few lashes left).Obviously, I am seriously disappointed and I can't recommend this lash salon.
