Altar'd State

I've seen ads for Altar'd State over the years but thought it might be out of my price point. Well, it is, for the most part, however, when you walk into this huge, gorgeous store, there are plenty of deals to be found.Their clothes appear to be of good quality which may indicate the higher price point. It really is a big space store with items for any occasion. From festivals, to baby showers, weddings/brides and more, there is a lot to look at!They have cute decor, gift items, accessories and even kids clothes!Of course I couldn't help but wonder over to the sale sections and left with about 10 items!I found some tops, shorts, skirts, and jewelry all between $5-10 each. I asked about their return policy and you can return sale stuff! At other stores like Francesca's, clearance is final sale, so I love this, but luckily I didn't need to return anything, it's cute, on trend and perfect for me and all my girls in my life.

Super cute clothes of the latest trends, gorgeous store, size inclusive with their sister store attached called "Alura", and very friendly and helpful staff! Pricing is moderate with most clothing items over $30. However, they have a great clearance section to check out!

Store opened spring of this year. Total shopping induced adrenaline boost walking thru this boutique - everything is so cute and SO SOFT! Most of the pieces are timeless and/or earthy prices so perfect for ladies shopping day - from teen to grandmother - items for every woman in the family or group of friends.The dressing room area - GORGEOUS! Spacious rooms, decor is completely lovely and huge mirrors, plenty of seating. Best dressing room area I've ever experienced. Similarly, the store is set up beautifully as well.One star deduction as it is a little pricier than expected compared to similar boutiques... like Francesca's... and although super soft and beautiful styles, I'm not sure the quality fits the prices. Most items are like $49, $59, $79 - some dresses are $100, which isn't unreasonable ..just a lil high$. There is a clearance area but many of the items are 'marked down' to $39, which seems to be more accurate pricing for many of the tops thru out the store and yet still high for some...esp the clearance section. When stuff REALLY gets marked down, expect more $15-25 items, which seems more fitting.

Long post I'd like to start by just saying on a normal day my daughters and I love this store! We love the meaning behind it and all the things in it! Also on any given day I've always had the sweetest girls helping me and great customer service! On the evening of January 29, my daughter, niece and I went into the store to return a shirt that I bought on January 21. Nothing wrong with it, just changed my mind. I had used my 50% off birthday reward and was hoping to just use it instead on an item my daughter picked out. I always just get my receipts sent to me by email and for some reason at the counter at that moment I couldn't find it. As I try to look for it, she tells me she can look it up by my email because they keep all their transactions by email. She doesn't find it in my email(weird) and then proceeds to tell me that I must have bought it 60 days ago, instead of even asking me when I bought it. The immediate nasty attitude she had caught myself, my daughter and my niece off guard. Of course I got even more flustered trying to find the receipt and she continues to be rude and unhelpful. During this also tells me that I won't be able to use my reward because once they scan it that's it... Even though when I used it the first time the nice young lady told me she didn't even need to see it to scan it.As I continue to fluster through my email, she just starts ringing up the items we got not saying anything, all the while doing it in a matter of fact rude manner, as to throw the things around. And says I just gave you the 50% off, here's your total. I found the receipt in my email 30 seconds after we walked out the door, when I had a minute to catch my breath and feel like I wasn't in trouble! Moral of the story... Treat people with kindness. Customer service goes a long way. This was a perfect example of someone who should not be in customer service.Young girl, dark hair and possibly a nose piercing?!

What an adorable store!!! They have not only a wonderful ambience but great options for the young professional, mom or even the Sophisticated teen. They also have great options for gifts and jewelry. The quaint decor flows throughout the store and you want to buy everything and never leave. We was able to find things I didn't know I needed and some things I needed for gifts. I'm excited for another reason to need to shop here or an excuse to visit the store just because. Shop here! You won't regret it!

Always love going Altar'd State. Of course I wish it was cheaper like everyone else, but you just have to shop smart. Look at the clearance section, and sign up for emails. You get 50% off. Also I randomly got an email one time giving me $25 off a purchase. Plus the clothes are super cute and I can always find things that are my style and not super revealing.

The workers were incredibly disrespectful. One in particular followed us around the store, inserting rude comments quiety under her breath. It was a nice business, but the worker influenced my decision to not make a purchase.
