Be prepared for constant follow-ups and unprofessional service. Since moving in, we have had to repeatedly chase down property management for basic issues, including getting our unit cleaned (it was not cleaned before we moved in), pest control, and even resolving billing errors. Communication has been inconsistent throughout. Unless you're okay with babysitting your landlord, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Sounds like everyone living here is having the same issue. We all pay a premium price for horrible service, bugs, and a ghost property manager. Look else where for living, once you sign that lease you're on your own here.

Unfortunately we have had a very negative experience living here. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice and the units are high quality. The onsite leasing professional is also friendly. However, I have to give a bad review because of the horrible management by the property manager. From the day we moved in we have had issues with him including having to wait more than 2 weeks to have our apartment cleaned because it was dirty upon move-in. We also have had numerous spiders including in our bed and it took him more than a week to respond to our pest concerns. In addition, we have had unauthorized funds pulled and errors with our account ledger and every time I tried to address these issues it appeared like he forgot about them. It took multiple reminders before anything was done. In summary, the property manager is very reactive and is not what we expected from a luxury community. We tried to address these issues with both the property manager and the regional manager but our request for even a slight rent reduction was called "drastic".
