They promised a day and time failed. Wanted to change my surgery time so they could come when they wanted to come. A real wing Suzy for a phone secretary not happy is being polite

We had a particular stove that we wanted and even though Allied didn't have it in the store, they were happy to order it for us. It arrived in about a week and installed it shortly after. Jasmine, in the office, was very helpful and the service men were helpful, professional and left us with good instructions. Overall a great, hometown experience.

Do NOT purchase your appliances from here and if you do, do not have Paul touch your stuff. We were having issues with our washer and apparently he is the warranty, not an actual warranty company. When he came to look at why our washer was making noises, he said we used to much soap. Never fixed the noise issue...said we just wanted a new washer. We finally called for a second opinion and Paul had put car parts in my new washer to "fix". Real technicians fixed my washer and want those who may be experiencing the same issue to be aware. Not worth it. Can't support local when the business is crooked.

Tried to get a fridge repaired gave me a run around for 4+ months dozens of calls no callbacks! Finally talk to Paul he said he could not give me a lead time on parts possibly could be a year or more!! They could've told me upfront and I would've went a different route instead of waiting patiently for over 4 months! customer service is horrible would not recommend!

I purchased cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave and in return they sent me an unlicensed and uninsured contractor. Then the unlicensed contractor did not pay the subcontractors he hired so now I have a $2000.00 judgement against me.

If you are in need of any appliances I highly recommend going to Allied Appliance! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! They are great with service repairs as well! They also do amazing cabinet work! Check them out!
