We have gone in Alletti Jewelry many times to look around.We bought a few pieces for our grand daughter. One of those time Patra was kind enough to distract our granddaughter for us while we picked out a ring and earrings for her. Patra definitely goes out of her way to help, never any of that ever so common "jewelry store sales pressure". What I like most, is the CHAT feature on her website, that she answers fairly swiftly. Use it, it's a nice touch!!Lovely shop, great value, and always a pleasant place to visit.

We stopped by to get ideas on how to improve the look of my ring. The store wasn't crowded and I felt we were being rushed without being given options in a timely manner. I didn't get good vibes and the owner, Patra didn't really seem truly interested in helping me, even though she stated she would text the information to me with all possible options. We left feeling this probably wouldn't be the place to customize the ring.

My fiancé and I came in on Valentine's Day to see about getting a custom ring made for our engagement. We brought in a diamond from his grandmothers ring and diamonds from a necklace my great grandma had given to me. Patra, the owner, was very helpful and friendly in the store and answered our questions and helped us dream of what it could look like (photo to come)In the process, we found it a little bit difficult to get ahold of Patra and her associate, but overall, we received the finished product about a month later and we are IN LOVE! What a beautiful story in this ring!

After almost 18 years, I finally decided to get my rings sautered together. I asked Patra to do it for me. I wish I would have taken 'before' photos, because when she showed me my rings I was in absolute shock at how much she polished them up. I feel like they are more sparkly and shiny than the day I got them. I will definitely not wait as long next time to get them spiffed up. And sautering them made them fit better on my finger as well. They were getting a little loose and I thought I might have had to have her size them down, but this worked perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend going to her. She is fast and does such beautiful work. I want every single piece in her shop!!! You will not be disappointed going to Alletti Jewlery.

Will update when my ring is returned but I have to tell you that I've not been so impressed by customer service in a jeweler in,..well - ever! After having problem after problem with my wedding/engagement ring (from a DIFFERENT jeweler) Michaela saved the day when I came in to seek advice on fixing my ring. I can't wait to get my ring back in a week or so!! I saw the diamond they will be replacing my missing stone with and am in awe great customer service and will be returning to shop for my husbands wedding band. Update: got my ring back and I'm happier than ever. It's beautiful!! We will be back to shop for my fiancées band around Valentine's Day!

Patra and Alletti is the only place to go for jewelry!! Patra is amazing, she is so helpful and nice. She helped me with getting an engagement ring for my wife and has been so helpful with anything that has come up! I recommend it to all my friends

Words cannot Express how amazing our experience was with Patra and Alletti Jewelry. From design, stone selection, 3D printed wax version, to our anticipation of our engagement ring, Patra gave us the royal treatment. I have visited and shopped at the "Must Go" to jewelry stores in town, and promise I will never go anywhere but Alletti again.

I have known Patra for years & have taken silver smithing classes at her store. She has done many meaningful custom design pieces for me - taking ideas, putting them to paper & nailing the reality of what my vision was & I have always been thoroughly impressed-& I'm picky. She has re-worked my great grandma's designs down to my mom's and now all are in customs pieces where I have my style & their original appeal. Patra is my #1 go to for custom work!

What an amazing place! Petra was insanely helpful with my wife and I! We went in their for our wedding rings and I could not be more happy. As we both shopped around for what we liked best she was patient, knowledgable, and went above and beyond when it came to our entire experience. We exchanged a ring, got a ring resized, AND even had a ring refitted into a bezel and band that fit the stone that I wanted perfectly and securely for my busy and physically active life style. I could not imagine going anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs! Thank you so much for everything. The owner, Patra, is so kind and helpful! I just brought in a small good chain for repair and she did it right there at no cost :) Also, a couple months ago i brought in a silver chain for a more serious repair and she got it back to me the next day. Support small businesses!
