All Tech Automotive Repair Omaha

This is my first Yelp review. All Tech Automotive helped me out when I was in a real bind. A third party was transporting my trailer across the country when a bearing blew out in Omaha. All tech was able to take care of me remotely and quickly with the upmost professionalism. Thanks Troy!

We were traveling cross country when our very reliable car just stopped. We were 1300 miles from home and didn't know anyone. Troy at All Tech Auto took excellent care of us and got us back on the road in less than a day. We could not be happier with the service, the work and the friendliness of this company. I very highly recommend All Tech for your automotive repair needs.

These guys are great, and Kevin seems to really genuinely care about helping people. When my service engine light went on passing through Omaha on a cross country trip, I found them here online. They were able to get my van in right away, diagnose and fix the issue, and get us back on the road in very efficient time for a very fair price. Highly recommended! If I ever find myself in Omaha in need of automotive work again this is where I will go. Heck, even if I don't need work, I might just stop in to say hi : )Thanks All Tech!

I dont give reviews often but this one is more than earned. Must say, kevin saved our butts! My husband and I were driving from Chicago to California when our A/C went out in 85 degree weather. We stopped in Omaha at All Tech and Kevin fixed our A/C for an amazing price while we waited! If I'm ever in Omaha for any reason and have car trouble, Kevin at All Tech is where I'm taking my car! Thanks again for your fast and friendly service!

I took my car to all tech automotive in omaha and had rotors, brakes fixed and then I parked it for a couple months in front of the house since I have multiple cars. So I have this terrible rattle and I take it back down there and the owner won't even come out and look at it. I then leave and the shimmy gets so bad that I stop at a T. O. Haas and they take the time to come out and look at it and temporarily fix it at no charge. I made a video to show the damage it did and so that I could show the owner so that he could take care of it. I drove back down to All Tech Automotive to show him and he told me to put my F'ing phone away and that he knows what a loose tire looks like. I told him to have respect for his customers and at least look at the video since I hadn't driven it since the work. He lost it and told me to get the F out of his shop and I said that I wanted him to see the video first. He then proceeded to pull a hammer out from under the desk that he'd shown me earlier when he was telling me what a bad ass he was with someone else that pissed him off. Then like a crazy fool he jumped across his service counter and got in my face when I told him to watch the video before I would leave, crazy. This is the reaction I got when I questioned the workmanship and told him that I could of really of gotten hurt or my pregnant daughter if she had driven the car. His solution to the customers problem was for me to STFU and that I wouldn't have gotten hurt. All he had to do was take a look and we could of went from there. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!From the some of the Google reviews I see I'm not the first to come up against his temper. Total hothead and the most unprofessional situation I think I may have ever encountered with a service I've hired.Now I will be the person he makes fun of with other customers as I've heard I don't know how many stories like this with him talking about how he handles customers he doesn't agree with. PROCEED WITH CAUTION and read the google reviews as well. Reviews shouldn't go from 1 star to 5 stars with nothing in between.The right wheel was loose as well.

I wish my car had more problems so I would have more opportunities to work with these guys. One of the best car services that I have received. The service staff was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the time my car was in their possession. They were able to get me in and out, same day for a tire replacement at a beyond fair price, I would have paid double at a dealership for lesser quality tires and service. I was referred to All Tech by a coworker, and I would refer this trustworthy, quality service to others.

I take my fleet vehicles to All Tech. Kevin is always able to get us in and out in the same day. This is the place to go if you want your vehicle fixed correctly. Kevin is a joy to work with and his team of greasemonkies sure know how to turn a wrench. Thanks for getting me out of a jam with my window, guys. They can handle all jobs on every vehicle I've thrown at them, large and small. If you're the type of person that likes to get your vehicle fixed right the first time, this is your place. The lighting inside is really cool, too. The location isn't too hard to find - it's tucked away off of 61st and N...look for the AAA approved auto repair sign. Thanks again guys for an honest deal. They even called to follow up to make sure that everything was working out ok for me.

I took my vehicle here for some work and was told to come back at a certain time to pick it up. When I arrived, my car was out on a test drive. After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers. It was infuriating to see that he had stopped for fast food while using my vehicle. To make matters worse, he casually remarked about how comfortable the ride was. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' property and time.

My car stopped on the interstate and the tow truck driver recommended I take my car here to have it looked it. They are very respectful and super friendly. However, I do not recommend this place unless you have a lot of money. They quoted me an astronomical amount. So i called around to other shops and found one who would do the work for less than HALF of what they were trying to charge me. Then, this other shop told me that some of what AllTech said was wrong, truly was not.

I've been there twice, and I've found nothing less than professional and reasonably-priced work. Emergency battery replacement and later new tires. They even text periodically to see how the car's running.
