I contacted All Seasons Florists in Omaha based solely on the Yelp reviews. The employee on the phone was very kind and helpful. She assured me they would make every effort to deliver a very special arrangement to my son and his wife on their fifth anniversary. I was delighted when I saw the photo of the flowers the received. I would definitely recommend this florist to have beautiful flowers delivered for any occasion. I told her it was an especially important bouquet and she made good on the promise to "take care of me."Thank you All Seasons!

I have to admit that I was nervous to find a local florist off of yelp. I'm from out of town but wanted to have to guarantee of a real florist's quality. We all been burned but those 1-800-flower chains before. But I was nervous! Well I had no need to be.I called Kaylee in the late afternoon of Wednesday about ordering an arrangement for a good friend who's grandfather had passed away. I told them that I wanted "flowers, something cheerful in yellows or whites & purples or blues. Just not a peace lily, please!" She was so helpful and even agreed to send me a picture of the arrangement before they completed the delivery.The next day they called to let me know they had reached out to my friend who was scheduled to receive them and she asked they not be delivered until the next day when she got home... Well they called me to let me know that the delivery would happen on Friday now "once Nicole is home." Thank goodness they called me. Nicole's "home" is in St. Louis! There had obviously been some confusion so I called back and they agreed to take the flowers over immediately, then texted me the photo of the arrangement! I couldn't be happier with the service! Big thank you to Kaylee (sorry if the spellings wrong), she was the true hero today!

I am from out of town (all the way on the East coast) and wanted to send an arrangement to show love and support for a friend who just experienced a sudden loss in her family. I didn't want to do the traditional, very non-personalized FTP types of arrangements, nor did I want to use an out of town online business. I wanted to support local and used Yelp to find All Seasons Floral and Gifts--based on their reviews. I called the shop to explain what I was looking for and they did a marvelous job creating a beautiful arrangement for my friend. The business was amazing to work with and even texted me a photo of the arrangement so I can review prior to delivery. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I used All Season Floral to send my mother a bouqet of flowers and was so pleased with the ease of their online ordering, the speed and professionalism of the delivery, and quality of the flowers. They were reasonably priced for the quality of flowers. I really appreciated getting to celebrate my mom even from the other side of the country.

I have used All Seasons Floral for years, but feel like recently their style has gone downhill. The flowers I sent to my wife looked like they came from HyVee. Not what I have received in the past. Also who ever I spoke to on the phone when I ordered seemed rude and not very personable. In the future I will be trying a different flower shop.

I ordered flowers last minute for a friend who needed some cheering up! I live out of state so had no idea how good this flower shop is. I was Super impressed with the customer service and beautiful flowers my friend received! Highly recommend this floral shop!!!

Came in from out of town for our grandson's baptism, we live 13 hours away. I called a week before the event to see if it was possible to have an arrangement placed in a special family bowl. I was told no problem by whoever answered the phone, that I can drop the bowl off Friday and pick up Saturday. When I arrived a week later about 2:30, the Friday before Memorial Day, I was told that the store was closed Saturday, so they would not be able to make the arrangement, I was very upset, and had to scramble to get an arrangement made. Had I not called the week before to ask about it, I would not have been upset. Needless to say, this is not a florist I will ever use.
