All Pro Towing

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. The manager of the shop was rude to me and I was told to pick up my uhaul by 10 am, and when I arrived, before I0am, there was a note on the door that said family emergency, and I had literally just spoke to the woman that was in the office 5 minutes before we arrived so I don't know why she wouldn't of just told me, don't come, or I won't be here!!! Thanks for the waste of my gas and time, and unprofessional workers!'

I used Verizon wireless roadside and they sent this company. I called the company for an ETA and the guy told me he's the owner and I pissed him off so he's canceling the service. He was cussing at me and extremely rude. I advise NEVER using this company!!! He was supposed to be here already and told me he'd get to me when he gets to me smh poor customer service that's for sure. Idk how he's still in business!!!

Thanks to good ol' Nebraska and its crazy weather conditions, my car slid off the road. Yeah...great fun. We called roadside and All Pro was the service provider they used. State Farm gave me and ETA of at least 60 minutes and honestly, I was prepared to wait longer...roads were pretty bad. I don't remember the guys name, but he was there in just under 30 minutes, and he had my car out in 15 minutes! I am definitely satisfied with the service I received.

The guy was rude. Cussing at us. Cancelled our service. I would stay far away from this guy. Owner has no respect for customers time. Didn't show up for the scheduled time and hateful once we got them on the phone.

Wanna know what it's like working for this POS... well here you go when I started their were 8-10 guys working. Then cleaning house and fired 8, and hired 1 more guy so now at 3 guys towing total.... don't use his company, don't work here. he will fuck you over so bad, and ruin your life just to get all the money he wants and still cut your paychecks short, he also likes to cancel calls even if you have been waiting for over 20 min because there is a better call to do that only pays 65$ versus your $35 tow. Good luck when you get towed from these guys, oh and he says he busts his ass along with his son Eric, not true. The day I quit I had 7 calls on the board while his son Eric was sitting on his ass eating a sandwich in the main office, get in mind they let him do whatever he wants to do, and nobody can touch his truck.. I never see his truck on the road towing cars... and with little to no help, I was running the business from 7am-7pm 5 days a week with shitty ass pay, and he says ohh you will make a shit ton of money when he can't even keep his trucks in working form.. he is now down to 3 other guys towing with 2 trucks actually running.. and not to DOT Standards. and expect me to bend over backwards for your company and bust my ass!!! Lol jokes on you Steve, you have a rude of wakening coming from my attorney.

Absolutely horrible company. I got stuck in a petty bad place. When the guy called to ask where I was he knew exactly where I had been waiting and proceeded to tell me he drove by twice and didn't see anyone in the car so he didn't stop. He didn't know how to turn my car on, once he did & got my car on the flatbed he asked me if I knew where my keys were even though he'd had them last. On our way he told me he almost took a guys roof off because he hit a low clearance sign and ended up paying the guy out of pocket. DONT TELL A CUSTOMER THIS. When we finally arrived at my house around 7pm he again didn't know where my keys were. This morning when I went to my car I see the hood and fender dented and paint scratched off and the logo on the hood scratched as well. I'm so incredibly disappointed

My driver, Sam, was awesome. My wait was less than an hour, and my car was safely put on the bed of the truck and away we went. Not a way to spend a Saturday morning, but my experience with this company was very professional and timely. I would recommend them.

Unprofessional, rude, lacking common courtesy.My car died in the middle of the street. Roadside assistance estimated no more than 90min and told me all pro would call me with an eta. After half hour they didnt call so i called them, guy on the phone woke up on the wrong side of the bed and wanted to take it out on me, but he told me an hour. I waited. No one came. No one called. So i called, again. More rudeness, unclear eta. So i called my insurance company. They called all pro, and all pro cancelled. So frustrating! After waiting 2 hours. Long wait wouldnt be a 1 star review, but the lack of communication and rudeness and not even doing the job after making me wait...unacceptable.

This is the worst towing company.They left me waiting for over 4 hours and never once called. When I did call I was told my ticket was pushed back for other services. After I called my insurance company to see if anyone else was available, the company contacted insurance (not me) and cancelled. I only found out after insurance called me later to get an alternative towing company set up. This caused multiple delays, cancelled appointments and caused several people's schedules having to be re arranged due to their incompetence and inability to even take responsibility AND CALL their customer to Inform them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU PLAN TO NOT GET A TOW!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Dispatcher cancelled my ticket after I'd waited nearly 90 minutes for their tow truck. I called to ask if a tow would be on the way soon. I guess I used the term "en route" incorrectly, because it was after I said those words that the dispatcher said, "Ma'am, you are being rude. I'm going to cancel your tow. You can wait another 90 minutes." This happened on July 2. A day or two later I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "we're really busy, the supervisor is not available." I left my number and did not get a call back.I don't write many reviews but really want other potential customers to know what happened to me. From reading other reviews and it appears that mine was not an isolated experience: This is how All Pro Towing does business. BTW, the next day I got a tow from another company. They were great to work with. There are good companies to choose from. All Pro isn't one of them, in my opinion. I only wish I could award "zero stars."
