This place has been nothing but stressful, I was having guest coming over and needed to purchase a new dining table and bed, at the time it seemed like a good idea specially when they told me I qualify for a store credit. I purchased 2 items, I should have known better they were the display. The bed had rods that were broken and missing when I called to ask for the missing ones and replaced they refused. The table was a glass table had two legs that fall out they were telling the table was as is and there was nothing they could do for me. Please do not waste your time or money.

I ordered a custom couch and ottoman on Feb. 26th. It is now April 14th and I have yet to receive my furniture. I was told in store it would be 2-3 weeks. Then, I was told trucks were behind because of flooding. Then, I was told the furniture was in and would be delivered between 12-4 pm. After several back and forth conversations that day, at 7 pm, the guy that handles their merchandise on trucks informed me that only my ottoman came in. He told me it should be in 3 days later. 3 days later, no furniture. A week later, I'm told by them that it's coming on Friday and will be delivered Saturday. On Friday, after several back and forth conversations and different versions depending on who I spoke to, I was finally told that the truck that was supposed to come in and broke down. So, now, they are saying the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I have been without furniture to sit on since Feb. 28th when I sold my set to prepare for this set. I have severe back issues, that have now acted up due to only furniture I have to sit on and am having to take medicine, go to physical therapy twice a week, get injections, sleep on a heating pad, and take muscle relaxants all because I don't have any appropriate furniture to sit on. I don't know what I am going to do- this cannot keep going on! This has to end, I need my furniture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: I am now being told that the rest of my couch pieces (6 in total) are on their truck to be received Wednesday and that I will have my furniture Thursday the 18th. Let's see if it comes to me in the 18th of April! February 26th order. Hmm. I hope it does. Absolutely ridiculous, no customer service or inquiry/informative skills. Super disorganized. FINAL UPDATE: Finally, I received my couches. I had paid a delivery fee of $89. The delivery drivers brought in each piece that was boxed up. They went to leave- I said "no, you've got to take it out the boxes and put the feet on, set it up,.." Nope. They don't do that!!! I call the store, and sure enough, the manager says "yeah, that's not part of the delivery"! What furniture store delivers your furniture in boxes????!!! And doesn't put it together when you pay a fee????? Just this whole situation is the twilight zone- NEVER deal with these CROOKS!!!

Would prefer to give a 2 1/2. The interaction between the husband and wife an be a little unprofessional and off-putting. Prior to the completion of the sale, the salesperson was helpful, and seemed engaged. At this point this business would probably have earned a 3.5or 4.However, once the sale was completed, I was lied to. The lie was unnecessary and the subsequent issues tat arose could have been avoided. Thereafter, the business could not deliver on its promises.In addition, their record keeping of purchases is a nightmare. The best part of my experience was getting my refund.

Went in looking for night stands cause I saw an ad on Craigslist. When we got there the guy (the owner) that was working that day apparently did not want to be there. This was made clear by him saying "i don't want to work today" right after we walked in the door.. He asked what we were looking for and I said night stands. He then followed us around while we looked at other things (mind you we were ready to buy an entire house worth of stuff that day and have bought from him already about 2 weeks ago) He had his phone blaring with whatever videos he was watching and contently picking and blowing his nose less then 3 feet away from us the whole time we were there. He did not see a single problem with any of this! We said we are just looking at some other stuff at the moment we will get back to you when we are ready to leave. While looking at the tv's he has he freaked out saying that we were "suspicious" because I looked at the back of them to see what size they are due to the size not being posted on any of the tvs they have. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT INFECTING YOU WITH WHATEVER SICKNESS HE HAS!!! DISGUSTING PLACE TO BUY FROM!!!

Do NOT waste time or money at this so called business. The "manager" is as dirty as they come and a psychopath to boot. I purchased a furniture set there 9 months ago and have had to pay to have it fixed 2 times since - so I decided to call the store and ask how to handle warranty claims (since the finance company said the store had a 1 year warranty on the items) and I was told by the "manager" that I didn't ask for a warranty when I purchased the items - I did not purchase them from this so called manager - I purchased them from a lady that was working at the time. During our conversation, I lost signal and the call dropped so I called him back - he is scary - he told me that I am a rude person and he doesn't have to talk to me since I hung up on him - I informed him that I was having phone problems - so he yelled at me and said he could have phone problems RIGHT NOW and hang up on me too - then he told me that they don't keep customer records at all and can't do anything for me - this was after he berated me for 2 minutes about how I'm a horrible, rude and dishonest person for hanging up on him....which I didn't do.
